Coles Mentone

Been there at 9.45pm, seeing staff filling up the shelves. How satisfying! I mean, not only all the shelves are full now, but every single bottle is facing out. Thanks the team for the good work. They are working by heart ❤ have a good night!

I love this coles! So bayside and the. Staff are all so friendly, helpful and nice! The produce is always fresh and you can always find the specials in the catalogue here especially make-up and hair care products!

Coles Mentone has retained customer service, unlike so many supermarkets these days. They retain a familiar layout where products are easy to find and the staff are happy and helpful. Honestly, you can go through a checkout (*quickly) and speak to a real person who will genuinely ask you how your day is going?

Adding to the staff bonus, the store is clean and they still carry all of the specials at the same price. Keep it up Mentone and please don't change.

I love Coles Mentone. The store may be smaller and have limited varieties of goods, but it suits so many people because of that. I know where everything is, it’s always lovely and clean and the staff are always delightful. In fact so many of the staff have been working there for years and to me that speaks volumes. My son used to work there in the evening, with Troy and he is a fantastic manager. I also love that the offer the quiet hour also, for people who appreciate less stimulation on a Tuesday morning. The first time I thought there must have been a “brown out” but it’s actually very pleasant shopping in a more subtle light.

Our go to supermarket, always easy parking and great service.

Cheap prices, really great markdowns. Friendly staff, stock is always fresh and available. Clean floors, Trolleys very convenient. More lighting in the car parks at night.

So good having the quiet hour. But we do need store guides on the aisles. So annoying and time consuming looking for bits.

It's layout and size is much smaller in comparion to Southland, however it always has what I need and is usually almost always a lot quieter which suits me. My local for groceries, with plenty of street parking around.

I came here to shop.

Its an older store with a smaller range but the service was alright, in my experience. Worth a visit, if you are in the local area.

Friendly + helpful staff!! Easy to find nearly everything! Checkout woman, named Becky, brought Grocery Manager, named Karen, to talk with me re: Whiskas Beef, Chicken + Tuna varieties in Jelly, as Coles are out of stock.

I wanted cat food rhey had it off course the whole Place was clean and very busy friendly staff and very helpful to people

Can actually be served by a person. Unlike Coles Southland. Keep it up and you'll take most of their customers.

Well I braved the last minute Christmas 🎄 food shop and was in an out in under 30 minutes, found everything I needed and the staff attitude was extremely pleasant considering the fact that it's Christmas Eve and a super busy day for them.
