Martina is so kind, I’ve had her wax my eyebrows and yesterday she did a piercing for me she makes you feel so relaxed and explained every part of the process. Can’t wait to get her to do another piercing for me 😃

Just got my thirds pierced by dani. She has the sweets soul, she was so kind and patient with me. She placed them perfectly in my ears and talked me through each step to make me feel better. Will definitely book with her in the future.

Best beauty appointment experience I’ve had! Amazing staff that really went the extra mile for me. I have sensory issues and am sensitive to bright lights and being touched. The woman who gave me tattoo make up did so much more than she had to, to make sure I was comfortable. They even moved the lights around so that it wouldn’t be too bright for me. The lash technician was so lovely and gentle with my lashes. All the staff seem so accepting and friendly! I will definitely be back.

Every 4 to 6 weeks I have my nails done at Essential Beauty West Lakes by a very vibrant friendly young lady Abby an employee.
Her excellent PR skills and knowledge are a credit to the organisation.

My wife and I decided to get our 2 year old daughter’s ears pierced.

We got a warm welcome. They treated us with care the whole time. They gave very clear concise explanations about cleanup 6 weeks post piercing. Our daughter cried straight after the 2 ears were done but the girls doing the piercing immediately made themself scarce by leaving the room. We could console our daughter this way as it was a mild shock for her - the 2 girls approach was so autonomous for us and it seemed to work flawlessly.

Our daughters ears are officially done. I couldn’t leave Westlakes without telling them they did such a good job so I did, and I’m happy to write this review.

I didn’t catch all of the 3 girl’s names but they were all very caring and wonderful at their job.

I got my septum pierced by Tayla and she was amazing! Such a bright and bubbly individual who knows her stuff. Will 100% be returning to get more piercings done

I am a long term Essential Beauty customer (have been seeing the same worker Carli at various stores over the years and always go to her for all my hair removal and beauty needs) as she is very personable, professional and makes me feel comfortable. Nothing is ever too much to ask and she is always respectful with a great sense of humour. Definitely recommend her services and those of essential beauty.

Luisa at Essential Beauty West Lakes is absolutely amazing. She has been waxing my everybrows for a while now and each and every time I walk out of the salon with perfect eyebrows. Some times I don't even feel the need to check them before I leave if Luisa has done them- I know I'll always be happy. She is professional, makes you feel comfortable and has many years of experience. I highly recommend Luisa.

Maria and her team are always so friendly and accommodating. All the girls are easy to talk to and they have a way of making you feel like you are their most important client. I have had a number of different treatments at the salon and felt at ease before, during and after the procedures because the staff explain everything clearly and talk you through the process to ensure you are comfortable.
I have been to other salons in the past and I find Essential Beauty's costs to be very competitive for quality treatment
