We bought a Giant bike for our 6y.o. boy, which is so easy to use for him! Such a great bike, he absolutely adores it! And not long after we bought a woman’s bike Liv pique for me, who’s is super light and awesome. I am actually obsessed! Now getting a bike rack from those guys so we can drive anywhere with our bikes for more adventures!

From the initial phone call up to collection the guys in the store were very helpful. They fixed my problem promptly and gave me a discount!
Adding to that, the shop had a really good variety of products off the shelf for beginners and experienced riders.

Headed out on a ride with my son this morning from Sturt and on Diagonal Rd I had slime spraying from my tubeless tire. The leak was slow but wouldn’t seal, so we headed to Giant Glenelg.
The guys had just opened for the Saturday and were absolutely great. They fitted a new rear tyre, new sealant to both tyres, also checked my disc pads, chain including lubing it, checked Di2 gear changes and tighter headstem. All on the spur of the moment. I couldn’t ask for more, such prompt and friendly service.
