KX Pilates Knox

Love the staff at Knox Pilates they are all so friendly and welcoming! Also it helps working out in a beautiful studio! ❤ Highly recommend!

KX Knox is a my new favourite experience. My body has changed significantly in the small time that I have been going! I am naturally a bit lazy but consider myself to be a tiny bit above average in looks so I thought a few extra workouts during the week would give me the look I want without having to run 12km's a day! My obliques (my body's trouble area - victim of my genetics! Aren't we all?!!) are looking as good as ever and I always walk out of the studio after a wonderful workout that gives me the perfect balance between sweating it out, increasing my core strength and making my body look fantastic! I couldn't ask more of KX Knox and I look forward to every class - the trainers are awesome, the front of house staff are so welcoming - and they support you all the way! Thanks KX Knox!

Highlight of my week are these classes! Absolutely brilliant. Rach and Lil are wonderful trainers and so welcoming and lovely. They definitely work you hard but in such a sense of calm. Highly recommend!

KX is easily the best reformer Pilates class. The Knox studio is great, all of the instructors are amazing, particularly Lil!

KX Knox - The very first class ever for me in pilates, so I was very nervous. Sian explained everything really well and helped me throughout the class when I looked completely confused. Nice small class sizes and a great workout for the beginner.

Lovely instructors just not enough intermediate classes and I don't find the beginner's classes challenging enough. The quality is just not the same as Caulfield and Bentleigh. I tried the glen waverley studio (beginner's class) and can now confirm that the classes at Knox are less challenging compared to other studios. Would recommend to first timers but wouldn't go there if you're at intermediate to advance level.

5 stars for the great trainers at this studio. However after 3 years of going to KX I have just decided to leave after yet another price increase, now $35 a class. I even emailed the KX support email about how unaffordable these classes are becoming and I got a super dismissive email back. I have now moved over to another Pilates company, and I am paying half the price for classes. ($17!)
It is unfortunate as the trainers here are so lovely. One suggestion I would make for this studio is to get a chilled water fountain like a few of the other KX studios I have been to, as the tap in the building often does not have cold water, basically lukewarm, and you have to pay for the bottled water in the studio!

I would say it is very disappointing with the service here. I successfully booked the class at 10:30 and was refused to attend the class due to being late of traffic jam. Before I booked the class, I saw the next one class 11:30 is canceled so I just wandered even only 30 minutes training left for me is also good. Then I was shocked I was refused to come in due to the policy and I even do not know that.
If, Policy is not showing on the app to clearly showing to the customers, I would say it is no meaning at all. And I am still waiting for their reply of my loss class today.
