Want to reffer a friend there

There are two receptionists areas. One in Level 2 on the left (it’s a small reception) & one in Level 4, which is a bigger one. With the room with glass walls and with the orange VU sticker on it.
Level 1 there is no receptionist or reception place at all.
It’s just a random makeup/cosmetics store on the left and 2 elevators. That’s it. The cosmetics store is not connected with the Uni.

The receptionists are closed when I went there. From 10-2pm.
Small old building. Old and looks rundown.

Was going to ask questions with the receptionists but as I said early, they are closed for today.

So I just toured myself around.
From going to level 2 & 4

Went there with my mum for a pedicure in their student salon, we knew these were students but we expected that these students would know how to do a pedicure at least as they have studied for the last 6 months and it was their final day. Neither of our nails were cut, there was no cuticle work done and the paint job was appalling. None of these students will be able to get jobs in the industry if these are the skills they are being taught. No customer service skills. Took two hours for some cream and a terrible paint job. I don’t know how they can charge people for such rubbish

Appalling experience with administration- they took 5 months to process my application. Very stressful dealing with poor service & admin. Please spend your valuable time, money & mental health elsewhere as this place is extremely painful

Would give less stars if I could, as a former student their support system is shocking!!

Literally wouldnt even bother with this school.
Wish there was an option for no stars
