We visited this store on Monday the 11th March, the young guy on the night shift was fantastic, he was very friendly and attentive .

Life saver after midnight. It has everything I need.

So they sell vabes. They sell it for $50 where as i can buy 2 vabes for $70 and that is 2400 puff each and they're selling 1200 puffs for $50 each. Customer service is poor, they make up their own price on the spot. Charge you for using their eftpos. I can go on, My first time going there and it will be my last. They sit and watch their phones and movies, like customers don't matter. I wouldn't even give a star, its that bad. For cigarettes and stuff please go to a tobacconist, go to coles for everything else.

The worst store in melbourne and i am not even exaggerating. My whole family visited this store on 25 of February for a bite and snack. WE RECOMMEND TO GO ELSEWHERE. They charge you for eftpos and i wouldn't be surprised if they charged you for even walking into the store.

On December 2019, my items were jacked up from the original indicated price, to cover giving a random change. How very unfair! This should not be happening at all what disgusting management...
Not happy and will not shop here again. I was unable to address this in person due to feeling extremely tired from driving to Melbourne.

I attended the store on 19 July 2020 wearing a face mask. The cashier was not wearing a mask. He pretended for 5 minutes to not understand what I was saying. English is my first language and I do not speak with an accent. I could not believe how rude he was being and I ultimately left to buy what I needed elsewhere.

No prices on anything and prices are really high. Fridges are warm pies are cold, staff are rude not very convenient. Basically a more expensive cheap version of 711.

No prices on products whatsoever, and the guy at the register cant be bothered . Not even hi or bye.rude.
