BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Deeragun

Went in store on Saturday around 11am and was served by a young lad who was wearing a ‘In Training’ badge. His service was remarkable and pointed me towards the gear I was after. 100% will be back to that store !

Huge shout out to the lovely gentleman that went out of his way to help my father and I. It was an extremely busy day and only a few staff on. It's be great if they could get more staff on! It's a very busy store and for people like me that need help, we already feel bad for asking for help when busy, but I need to for the right product. Thankyou for helping us, even comming our of the store and looking up different products on the system to see what would match my vehicle correctly! Made our day!

Great service and outstanding after sale support. I did return a broken chair and it was exchanged without any fuss. Great attitude and good business to support.

Very friendly and helpful staff! It's a 15min longer trip for me go to the Deeragun store then Townsville, but will gladly return time and time again for the fantastic service.

Staff very friendly, has my gas filled & was told it was almost full, they could have charged me full price but they got me to do a charitable donation of $5 how's that for service, I became BCF member as well. 👍
