I had to return some security cameras and Bianca was very helpful and courteous to me! The manager seemed pleasant too as did the other staff whilst i was waiting in the store for my transaction to be reversed. All in all a great experience.

Great service..approached by Trent who asked if we need help..which we did with new windscreen wipers and he put them on for us..small fee ($5)from supercheap but worth it...All team members are pleasant an chirpy to talk too..

Needed to buy a new engine air filter for my Toyota Hilux plus an internal cabin filter for the air con. Wasn't really expecting the parts to be available in store but Luke did a quick check on his computer and wrote down the part numbers on a piece of paper and which aisle to go to. As I was about to pay I also asked about a disinfectant to use in the ventilation system to kill any mould, bacteria and odour and again he came up with the goods. My vehicle is all serviced now with the filter changes and very happy with the outcome. It's great to have service staff that are both friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing customer service — Stephen acknowledged my entrance into the store immediately, helped my find the right wipers, fitted them for me and even cleaned my windscreen. Plus, he was delightful. Thanks!
