Edit2: visited during opening hours and was assisted by Kate. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Selection and prices also excellent.

Edit: there was a medical emergency. I'll be visiting again and will update my rating based on the experience. 5 stars assumed, the owner responded quickly and appropriately.

Stopped by at 5pm on a Wednesday. Sign said be back at 12:45, and posted hours are 9:30am to 8pm Mon - Sat. Called 3 times no answer. Disappointing.

Sue at the Bunbury store served me today and was absolutely amazing!! She put me completely at ease. Never felt more comfortable talking to anyone about such sensitive items. Sue. You are amazing

Hi i went in to the adult shop for the first time and Sue took very good care of me. she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me so i understood. she made the experience so fun. i will definitely me coming back to see her :)

The ladies in here are awesome. I spent quite a bit of time talking to them and when I opened up and actually discussed with them my needs/wants they were exceptionally helpful. They showed me a range of the toys and products that were available and their knowledge on all things within the shop was amazing. I can not thank them enough for pointing me in the right direction with no judgement or animosity towards mine and my other halves preferences. They truly are the best in the area for what they do and I will be back time and time again to learn more from them and be able to accomplish more in and around the bedroom. Also holiday advice was an added bonus but safari here we cum 🙂
