Baudins Bed and Breakfast

Comfortable room. Communal area nice. Clean throughout and well presented. Off road parking and easy walk to esplanade. Longer to jetty.

Lovely place for an overnight stay. Nice spacious showers very clean and tidy. So were the rooms. Quite aswell after hours. Loved it.

We had a great stay for a night here. The whole house is extremely clean und well equipped.
Washing machine also included in the price

Very impressed with this accommodation. Stayed there for 1 night . Communication process was very clear and straightforward although you don't see any one physically. Once booking got confirmed immediately received message with all the instructions to check in , how to get key , contact details, WIFI details . Rooms are quipped with TV, Small Fridge, Electric blankets , reverse cycle Aircon, kettle, fresh towels and toiletries .
There is a common shared kitchen and Hall.
Loved their breakfast range .
place is close to shops and in main road. You have to looks for the place else you will miss it specially at night time .
Over all we like the place and we would don't mind booking the place again if we are near Busselton.

Check in/ Check out went very smooth though we did not see any staff due to our late arrival after 4pm & early departure before 8am. Well responds between property & client. Password to open the key drop box was texted to us early on arrival day. A 5+ star B&B accommodation offers free parking, Wi-Fi, generous healthy breakfast. Our room is in a block that has only 4 bedrooms. All guests share common areas like lounge, kitchen, dining table...Bathroom's amenities are quite special. Lighting/ heater/shower pressure all perfectly worked. The whole place including outdoor settings are clean, relaxed. A true stress free stay. Thank you team & property manager.

We had a lovely stay here, even extended for another night. The free breakfast is great, the rooms are very spacious and clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend!

We loved our very short stay at this lovely B&B. It was spotless with an extremely comfortable bed and great facilities. The hosts had thought of everything for the room. The breakfasts were amazing - you can choose a cooked breakfast if you wish and a continental breakfast is also available. There is a lovely living area/kitchen for guests to use. The outdoor area is very pretty and relaxing to sit in. There is absolutely nothing we can fault about this B&B and highly recommend it. We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely be back next time we are in Busselton. Thanks Greg & Linda

We were so pleased we chose Baudins for our three night stay in Busselton. The standard of accommodation is excellent with the rooms clean and well appointed - comfortable beds with great ensuite facilities. The shared guest facilities - kitchen, laundry and lounge - are what you'd expect in a large, modern & comfortable home.
The hosts, Greg and Linda, are very welcoming and helpful. Apart from the standard of the rooms they offer and the tasty full breakfasts they prepare, it was little things like preparing maps of the area with suggested visiting spots that made them such wonderful hosts. A place to return to!

We stayed at Baudins B & B and we had such an amazing time!!!!. My husband had planned my birthday surprise and I am fascinated with Baudins’ hospitality. When you get to the entrance you can see a lovely garden, Greg and Linda made us feel very welcome during our stay. The rooms are in a separate house, everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety (yummy). It was fun, such great hosts!. Benz and Jake.

Very nice, quiet and especially clean B&B, Greg is a great host, be sure to include breakfast because he make a really delicious one! WiFi is very fast, parking is secure and the beds are very comfortable. Very welcoming and highly recommended!

The hosts. Linda and Greg are gorgeous hosts with a B&B that’s comfy, homey, well thought out, and well-appointed. We called ahead en route from the airport and Linda was a doll, sounding like she had been expecting us. When we pulled in, she showed the warmth of an aunt who had been anticipating our arrival. She was warm, welcoming, and friendly. She took the time to show us around and mark up the local tourist map with all of her recommendations.

The accommodation. The room was comfy, spacious, immaculately clean, warm, and the huge bonus was the heated blanket, as it was super cold when we arrived. We occupied one of the two rooms of the Inn but would’ve purchased more food from the Bunbury Farmers Market had we known that we had a full kitchen (and family room!!). The Inn was well stocked with cookery and cutlery, a fridge, dishes and utensils, wine glasses, and port. Heaps of brochures and maps. Honestly, the house had everything we needed, as though we were at our own home.

Breakfast. Breakfast was brilliant, just perfect really. We had fruit, yogurt, and coffee while Linda and Greg cooked up a breakfast of eggs, sausage, beans, etc. Linda made sure to have gluten-free bread on hand. Butters, jams, honey, sugar, you name it, they had it.

Location. Excellent. Right along the roadside and not to be missed, the property is quiet, safe, and centrally located. Little Peach Espresso and Al Forno are just up the street. Busselton Jetty is less than five minutes away. Could not ask for better accommodation.

Pros: everything you can imagine.

Cons: none whatsoever.

Summary: highly recommend this place with no reservations. If you see that the accommodation is available, you should book while you can. Also, the accommodation is close enough to Dunsborough to serve as a home-base for a multi-day stay, which we wish we knew beforehand.

Now the only place we stay in Busselton. We've stayed a few times. It's hard to imagine a better suited couple of hosts than Linda and Greg. There are 4 immaculate self contained rooms with a well appointed common area. Breakfast of your choice in their dining room can be a lingering conversational affair. What better way to start a holiday day?

Very nice Bed, nice shower, guest rooms are in a separate building so have a good privacy & quiet. Good, generous and varieties of Breakfast. The owner Greg & Linda are friendly and helpful. The best B & B in WA. We strongly recommend to everybody.

We are regulars at Baudins ( they are that good ) we wouldn’t go any where else when down south. When we stay we feel like we are welcomed like family and always thoroughly enjoy our stay. Greg and Linda are exceptional hosts and go above and beyond for their guests. I don’t think I could find a b&b better than Baudins I would have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone ( I make sure I do). We stayed here for two nights [two couples] and absolutely loved it. Linda and Greg were the perfect hosts and the amenities, breakfast and general welcoming atmosphere were excellent.

It was such a great night! Fantastic shower and warm bed! Quite and private. Everything you need everything they got, just like home! Especially the breakky fresh my day up! Would like to stay again!
