Prouds the Jewellers

I started shopping for my wedding jewelry a few months ago and Prouds Belconnen was 1 out of 4-6 stores I visited in person.

By far, the best service I received (and have ever received at a Jeweller) was from Karen. She was kind, attentive, thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable and thorough.

So, when I was ready to make the purchase, I know where to go straight away. When I cam back to see Karen, I was served by one of her lovely team members, who I can tell she recruited carefully, as they were very professional, polite and patient as well.

Karen's service and that of her staff was impressive, the store was immaculate and well laid-out.

A huge thank you to Karen for making shopping for my special day, not just successful, but a very pleasant experience.

Sharon gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had in a jewellery store. I told her my budget and what I was looking for and she went out of her way to make sure I got exactly that. Was a fast and smooth experience, will definitely go back because of this. Thank you!

Cheap prices on jewellery

Visited the store to check out bracelets and rings, but it felt like an adventure just to see them! The staff was cautious, hinting at a potential jewelry avalanche if disturbed. Maybe it’s time for some sturdier shelves? Felt a bit like a jewel thief in a heist movie. A fun, yet curious shopping experience! 😄

My mum purchased a hollow earring. When we opened the product at home, it was damaged. Took the item to the store and they advised they store manager would need to do a assessment as they said it could be customer fault as well. Store manager never rang us but we ended up making the call and she was bloody rude. Wasn’t willing to repair the item nor exchange it.

If possible please refrain yourself from purchasing products at prouds or if you do please inspect the product properly and be aware of the store manager!
