Had my test stress done, staff to Dr. I received wonderful service, specialist care and support in a friendly way. I fully recommend the practice.

Whilst I would have preferred not to require Dr Kalam, or Dr Khans expertise; the reality of my situation was that I had to. From Dr Kalam and his expertise in getting the diagnosis right, and then with him using his network to slot me in with Dr Khan was undertaken seamlessly and in record time. The operation was smooth and I was put at ease from the first minute I arrived. The National Capital Private Hospital staff and services were very good, and they made my stay comfortable. To Dr Kalam and Dr Khan......my sincere thanks and appreciation to both of you. You are both rockstars and I will be forever grateful.

I have made a complaint to the Human Rights commission and am seeking legal advice against this practice. They refused my partner care on no grounds at all, just because she had to cancel one stress test because she was off her medication for too long (for the stress test), and we ended up calling an ambulance for her the previous night. Spoke to the receptionist in the morning and explained what had happened and that there was no point doing a stress test as she had to go back on her medication as per the paramedics advice. I then told the receptionist we would be there the next day for an unrelated appointment (to do with POTS, not the SVT issue for which the stress test was required). We then get a call saying the following appointment has been cancelled, and when my partners mother called to follow up and ask why, she was told that my partner would not be permitted to go to the clinic at all and that they are refusing her care. Especially frustrating when this doctor is meant to be the expert in Canberra on POTS.

Tried to follow up myself and explain the situation again and seek clarification on why/how they can be so HEARTless, am yet to receive a call back.
