Love this place! Huge range of products and the best customer service. I'm still very new to drawing, but they know their products back to front, and give good recommendation for what I'm after!

I went into Coventry Village Markets in Morley in search of my regular tailor to get some alterations done on a shirt.
I just happened to go past the Indian Bazaar Spice Store and I came across a pop up tailor just opposite.
I asked the young lady if she was able to do the alterations on my shirt and she stopped her work on what she was working on and told me to come back in half an hour.
I was so surprised at how accommodating she was as she could sense that I needed it done urgently.
I came back 30mts later and she had perfectly stitched my shirt,the best thing was she was cheaper and more efficient and her stitching was far superior than my regular tailor.
I highly recommend this little business for any alterations.
The business also has an ironing service at very very reasonable prices and a sewing service.She also makes curtains and pillow cases too.
Impressive opening hours,open every day 10am to 5pm except on Sunday.
If you want an excellent job done on your alterations,I suggest you support this local business.
I certainly will be going back with more alterations,I was so so impressed.

This is an absolute ‘hidden in plain sight’ gem of a store. Don’t be put off by the exterior and industrial location! It has a fantastic range of the usual arts and crafts but also beautiful gift ideas for kids of all ages at such reasonable prices.The store owners were so friendly and helpful as well, especially Max. Super helpful store dog 😁 Will definitely be back!

Amazing place! You can find everything you need from art materials to various art workshops and classes in one spot!
If they don't have the materials, they will order them in for you.
Also, the prices are really good.
This is the number one art supplier where I shop before considering anywhere else.

I walked in this art shop for the 1st time, my eues lit up and I stated out aloud "I'M HOME" !! 🙂 The owner had a giggle. I love this shop and am now a very regular customer. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful.

I buy most of my canvas from Kendall and they are always very helpful and responsive. Their prices are reasonable. They also have a good stock of art supplies.

There is parking adjacent outside the Trans Asian food supermarket (we usually shop there as well). Kendall's shop is through the door facing on to Newcastle street and its not very inviting but just open it and there will be somebody to talk to.

I get the impression that Kendall's is a well kept secret known only to people in the arts business but its great for the average punter as well:)
