Fruit and veg always Fresh. Prepared salad great. Always grab a stone baked pumpkin bread.. delicious. Deli has a great variety and staff friendly.

So many times I've gone to Coles and they don't have what I want and need. However, Coles in Belconnen Westfield has a HUGE range of items. They always have what I want and need. Gotta get those Kinder Surprise eggs and fruit-filled cereal. 😋

Good service at self service check outlet

Major improvements in the layout and stock availability, make this a go to choice for so many products that Coles sell. Wide aisles and multiple checkouts with very courteous staff. A pleasure to shop at Coles Belconnen Mall and be able to buy all the items on our shopping list, including some rare Asian ingredients.

I like this Coles, the bakery section is terrific, the freshly made flatbreads are my my favourite. Always have a lot of stock and they have self-checkout lanes with the conveyor belt which is so convenient, I haven't seen them anywhere else, and they are much better than the little space you usually have at a self-checkout counter.

I felt sorry for the guy at self serve who asked a woman who stole makeup as he was very professional as she swore at him and walked away saying you can not do anything !! (swear words) at the top of her voice😲😞 she was so rude as he asked her to return the items.

I live in Tuggeranong and visited Coles Belconnen. I was pleased with the Pana bakery rolls - had one for dinner with a Coles chook and some salad. Pleased with stock levels - no empty shelves and the Asian collection is huge. Bought some nice flavourings to cook with later. All round great.

Would just like to say that Greta at the fast food checkout is one of the most helpful staff members I have come across. Nothing seems to be to much trouble and she endeavours to provide good customer interface at all times. Thank you Greta

Jay from Coles Belconnen went above and beyond with the service. I was checking out at counter no 6 at 1742hrs dated 6/3/22 and the lady serving me out could not help me with my queries. She was so stubborn and kept saying “ No No and No”. I went back to the Aisle and met staff name “Jay”. He went out of the way to help me with the quires and made sure the problem was resolved without wasting time. Great job Jay.
We need more staff like Jay.

Meat sold here is fresh, and the price is even lower than Aldi (weekly specials). Can't believe that unless you see it. Coles is the best among the three giants.

Really good coles store, with great range of goods. I find the quality of meat, fruit and veges varies between Coles stores, but the quality in the Belconnen store is pretty good. They have 6 of the conveyer belt self serve checkouts for trollies of groceries which are quick and easy to use. My preferred way of shopping now!

I love this store so much. It is always clean and organised, the deals and discounts are forever going and I am always able to get everything in one shop.
The only downside that I will add is the mysterious and sudden disappearance of Starburst lollies which is honestly a bit heartbreaking as this store was, for quite some time, the only place that I could find my favourite snack, that being the Starburst Babies.

Coles supermarket Belconnen is one of the best things in the mall. Dairies, meat, fruits, vegetables, bread and many other quality groceries are always available at most reasonable prices. Their customers services are traditional Australian and very satisfying. I love shopping at the Coles.

Pleasantly surprised by Coles Westfield BELCONNEN.
We have shopped at a few Coles stores and found some staff to be rude and unhelpful, especially the people filling the home shopping orders, who push in and try to knock you over (much like those rude uber eats drivers!)

Coles BELCONNEN staff were friendly, helpful and waited for us to finish before doing their jobs. They even apologised if they were in the way!

Good job Coles Westfield BELCONNEN, we will be back, please keep up the customer service because God knows its lacking today! 👍
