We had a great experience here! The staff were friendly. Being our 1st time they had adviced us to remove the bottle caps before giving. So they gave us the right amount for the bottles.

Very convenient and efficient. The noise from the tumbling bottles almost shattered my eardrums. One guy was not wearing his earplugs. Big mistake.

I've noticed that the staff although are friendly don't add up the amount of bottles and cans correctly, I count my bottles and cans and store them till I have a certain amount then cash them in. The first few times the correct amount was given, since then probably around around 6 times I've been short about $3-$6 each time .. they get distracted and talk to other staff members whilst counting so obviously loose count. I wonder if this is done on purpose, do they do it to get a "tip" or is it an error on their part? I have questioned them about it but get rude comments, never an apology. You can't get them to recount because some of the bottles and cans have already been wheeled away or other customers bottles, cans have been added to the crate.
I know it's only a small amount each time but it adds up, plus if they're doing it to me they're doing it to others like I've seen on another review.

When they initially opened the counting was mostly accurate [give or take, a couple of cans short], however the same can’t be said in the most recent times. I counted we had 626 cans and 152 bottles [which I counted more than twice, over a couple of hours] which tallies up to $77.80. I can accept a few short; I cannot stand for just over half the value.

When I write on the box, exactly how many cans and bottles I have, and it's short, I wonder how often they try this with other people who don't. I suspected this before, so I accurately counted and wrote on my box, exactly how many bottles, cans and plastic I had. When I disputed this, they became agro and rude. I simply showed them exactly as I'd counted and written down. I also pointed out that the exact 24 cans from one particular carton and exactly 24 bottles from another carton, was short.
I suspect this happens often, either through negligence or direction.
Do your own counting beforehand.

Do not leave your containers here without waiting for payment. Several times they have no record of our drop off! Always wait while they count! Very dodgy and disappointing.
