Great customer service. We purchased a Projecta PMS that turned out to be the wrong one for our particular van. They refunded without question. Well done team. Highly recommended.

Staff and Service is A1, friendly people very helpful and happy to help with all repairs. Had our fridge repaired that had been malfunction since new and they were able to do the job in 2 days

We had a silverline 2022. The bed that moves in and out had come off the tracks. We were desperate as this is our home for 5 years. They were booked until July 2023, however Kelvin asked us if we could come in and they would access. He said they couldn't promise anything but would talk to the manager. We took it in on Tuesday they looked it over and fixed it for us asap. It wasn't a small job had to remove the whole bed to complete works. We were so impressed with the help we recieve. They made it happen and yet they were so busy. THANK YOU JAYCO ADELAIDE FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE REPAIR ON OUR VAN. ALL THOSE THAT HELPED. EXPECIALLY KELVIN YOU ARE A TRUE LEGENDS.

Our hot water system was recalled and was replaced here. When we collected our van we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get electric hot water, as we had previously had. Lisa was great as she did everything she could to sort it out - and yes we can get electric hot water. Thank you so much Lisa 🌟🌟🌟

Michael gave us prompt, helpful service when we enquired about a radio replacement for our caravan. We were impressed with his friendly, efficient manner.

The team here went out of there way and saved us from months of anguish, by fixing our slideout on our 2 month old Silverline. Sara, Jamie & Kevin got us back on the road in 2 days after the original purchasing dealer could do nothing to help us, except recommend we start calling all repairers in WA to see who would help. Thanks again Jayco Adelaide, we'll be back to buy our next van from you.👍
