Kind, friendly, and patient staff. I’m very happy with my multi-focal spectacles and the frames are stylish. The optometrist, Chantell was very knowledgable and also sympathetic.

Very friendly staff and great customer service for a pair of new sun glasses. Plenty of frames available at competitive prices.

Friendly, helpful staff who take the time to answer questions and offer good solutions.
Also hve a wide variety of frames when purchasing new glasses.

I don’t normally do reviews but this place and the staff really made my day, especially Ms. Sue (I think that’s her name). Came in 10 minutes before they close on a Sunday hoping to book a glasses fitting, with really no hope that they’ll do it on the spot (no booking and 10 minutes to closing), but they did and it made me really happy. Thank you Ms. Sue for your lovely customer service!

Friendly efficient staff. Fast turnaround from eye test to receiving my new readers. Wouldn't consider using any of the other optometrists. Highly recommend these guys. Awesome selection of frames at amazing prices,also amazing deals on 2 pairs. Well done and thank you to the amazing staff

I appreciated the efforts of all the staff, optometrist and floor personnel. Picking up the glasses was also efficient and friendly and the glasses were on "special". Good news! Good job!

Whole team at Bunbury was fabulous!! The optician was so thorough, girls on reception were efficient and Kyle assisting me with styling and fitting was fun honest kind and very knowledgeable!! Defo return and recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visited the Port Macquarie store at Settlement City. The service and care were excellent. The staff are friendly and professional, and I recommend anyone needing glasses or eyes checked to give them a go.

I hadn’t been for an eye test for years, I felt I didn’t need one. Doubt came when I thought my eyes 👀 were seeing less when driving. I had an eye test at Specsavers Bunbury carried out by Ms. Kai Lin Jasmine Low, a lively knowledgeable young lady. She assured me long distance vision was fine but there was evidence of high eye pressure, she referred me immediately to Southwest Eye Surgeons where Glaucoma was diagnosed, now being treated. Thankyou Specsavers.

Everyone at the Bunbury store were so helpful, kind and caring. There is a wide range of glasses to choose from and they are priced very reasonably. Thank you 😊
