Mary is an absolute delight. I was in there today buying a rapid test. Her customer service was outstanding! Just an amazing girl. Will be back to this chemist to purchase stuff because of her.

I like their wide range of fragrance. their customer service is excellent the girls are lovely and always smiling even though i tried like 100 perfumes before buying. Remember to ask them to price match with CWH cuz their prices are good but not as good as CWH.

Popped into the chemist today to get some things for mum. The staff were super friendly and there was such a positive vibe. During these times a little chat and a laugh goes a long way, so just wanted to say thanks. Keep the good vibes coming ladies

This chemist is the best! There are always friendly staff close by to ask any questions. The service is better than any other chemist. They are friendly and always fast. The prices are the cheapest so you always get good value. I highly recommend this pharmacist. You will walk away feeling better that you came there and saved money as well!

I didn't like the customer service, and also not enough products

I went to get my daughters medications today, and I had to wait for an abnormally long time. So I asked the pharmacist vandoka or duka (not sure about her name) how much longer she needed because I had an ultrasound to go to. And she rudely said I don’t like that language, and accused me of continuously pleasing the bell. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I won’t be coming back to this pharmacy. And I’ll be contacting management.

Pharmacist wasn’t helpful and couldn’t answer a basic question about a product so I didn’t purchase it and had to go to chemist warehouse where they knew straight away
More staff needed. Too busy for only 3 people on. Wouldn’t go back again.

Pharmacist who worked at this moment can’t help to customers, the reason is, she is busy and very unsatisfied service

Always boxes on floor unable to get around on scooter and Isles to be crammed in no room not disabled friendly
So we don't shop there

When 10-15 minutes turn into nearly half an hour. Ridiculous.
