Highly recommended! !
I have been going to Churinga for many years now. My self, two young child and husband all see Dr Changkakoti (Zita). She is an amazing doctor and very professional. She has always gone above and beyond in her job. Have Reccomened a number of friends there and they have all been very happy.

The whole staff have always been very pleasant to deal with. They offer a wide range of services. The waiting area and consulting rooms are always very clean and all up to date.

Been going here for about 10 years and have always found the staff to be courteous and professional. I know it’s not the easiest job dealing with the publics constant ills and that COVID has made a challenging job even harder but I’d like to say thank you to all from the receptionists to the practitioners to the nurses.

Been attending this clinic for years with out any problems. I used to always see victor chang but as i got older I changed to Zita because of many things and she has been amazing

this medical centre is the best I have been too, the people at reception are so friendly and the way they go out of there way to help my daughter is amazing, doctor Zita is so great with her and is always super friendly and even lets her play doctor on her, I wish I could give it ten stars,

Excellent facility. Pathology on site which is always convenient. Drs, nurses and reception often go out of their way for patients.

Always polite and helpful

Great doctors and reception staff, however the doctors often turn up late to the office, so appointments run late from the very start. Can be frustrating if you have anywhere to be.

Repeatedly requested to be referred on to see a psychiatrist regarding mental health diagnosis and ongoing drug therapy for mental health, absolutely appalled that a practitioner would decline to send someone to a professional with an advanced scope of practice and a better understanding regarding psychoactive medications. It would be understandable if the behaviour was seeking drugs of abuse, however there is no reason to withhold any patient from getting a second opinion and brushing them off. Absolutely deplorable behaviour. Your doctor's need to revise best practice and patient care priorities.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Should you be seeking a GP practise who operate with professionalism and compassion - this is not the practise for you. Without naming anyone specifically, the front desk staff are rude and are happy to simply hang up on you when your request for more information (being rejected for vaccine eligibility) isn’t something they want to bother with. Truly, if you’re in a situation that you wish to be dealt with in a compassionate manner, please don’t contact this surgery.

New to this clinic and was not worth the money. My doctor didn't seem to care at all and I was brushed over and rushed out after having a fall off a ladder and earlier that morning and also got her to check out a bite I had. Better off going to a bulk billing clinic than this place.

Went into see a Dr last week with my daughter. We saw Dr Chen. Treatment was absolutely terrible. I asked him for a certain script for my daughter as we could not get into our regular GP as he was away, and Dr Chen flatly refused. He said he was unsure of how to write the script out. Then had the audacity to say I was hughly strung. All he had to do was ring the chemist to ask for direction in how many mls were required, which I told him anyway. He the told me to go and by Phenergan instead, which we did not need. I spoke to my local chemist and even she was stunned at his refusal for what we needed and Phenergan use instead ! As a Nurse myself, I was disgusted with his treatment of both my daughter and myself, he has a terrible bed side manner and we will not return. Appalling service ! And if a Dr doesn't know how to write a simple script for something, I suggest he go back to study to learn !

The receptionist refused to book (own patient) me for second Astra Zeneca jab, the explanation was that “ you go where you did first time”. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Dr. Changkakoti is absolutely unfit for her occupation! She insulted my child on multiple occasions, acused her for her own mental illness’s, was judgemental and rude. I don’t think anyone should see her and she should be expunged from the workplace. Not a happy camper.

Pointless trip to this center. Dr asks what the problem is then ignores concerns and dismisses any discussion and can’t wait to get you out of there. Still gets his money. If treated the customers of my business this I wouldn’t have a busines.
