Last time I went there the place was closed, the first time they did a good job, but no EFTPOS, cash only.

A good opportunity get your car clean, while shopping for your groceries at Coles

The absolute worst detail I have ever had done. The vacuuming inside was very poor, still sand/grit in the joins or all the seats. There was sand throughout the boot. I don’t believe they did anything in the boot. There was a greasy overspray all over the dash, centre console and screen. I suspect they rely on the fact that the car park is quite dark so you cannot see the quality of the clean until you’ve already left. I had to go home and vacuum out the whole car again before dropping it off. I DO NOT recommend this business.

I purchased 2 Vouchers. After the 1st clean and detail, no it was not very good at all. The car wasnt vacuumed well and I had to wipe down the inside again myself. The boot was not vacuumed. Not a good job at all.
So didnt use the 2nd Voucher. And I even paid the extra $10.00 because it was an SUV.. Ripped Off

I am very disappointed in this service. After  6 months of my custom in which i believed they did a great job, hence the reason i continued to  give them my patronage.
However last three  times i have been greeted by sullen, rude man who ridiculassly  argued with me as wether my car was a sedan or not, i assure you its not. For the last 6 months i have paid $60.00 per wash and clean. Last time i went there for my usuaal clean, again i was greated by the same  rude  man who yet again insisted my car was a sedan and this time asked for  $100.00, why you ask? his reason was my car  was extra dirty. Followed by a co worker who stated my tyres were also extra dirty.
To put this into perspepective, my car was dusty as my job requires me to travel to work and back. My car was not mud packed, just dusty. I carnt believe they went from $60.00 to $100.00. Do i recommend them, NO,  i got the same job done for $18.00 at a car wash, minus vacume of the inside. Such a shame, who on earth takes a clean car to be  washed and vacummed. Considering their prices which i was to happy to
pay, only to be treated in this way was not very professional. Shame on you Sparkles Caboolture.

I decided to give it a try and went for the wash and mini detail. The next morning I noticed that all 4 air-conditioning vent direction tags were snapped off. I went back the next day to complain, that while I could understand 1 being broken in a hurry, I could not understand why 3 were completely snapped off and one hanging. Even you could see they were newly snapped off (that broken plastic look) they would take no responsibility. Stay away, or at least check for damage before paying.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting service. Bought a Groupon voucher and attempted to book in on the number provided. No one ever got back to me. Dropped in and was told a 5 hour wait and I agreed as I just wanted it done, then questioned me as why I would wait 5 hours. Told me sorry actually to busy and book another day. Guess he didn't think I would agree. Told me as I left I should have booked again when I already told him I attempted to. Do not use this service. Very unprofessional and extremely rude.

I got a mini detail and the job was not done. Smer marks everywhwre, missed alot and very unhappy with service
