Great staff. I pulled into the drive through today and there was a slight wait. The girl on the microphone was very polite and let me know of the wait. Eventually she took my order. Much to my astonishment it was the manager. She was on at the window taking payment and was also again very polite and said there's a short wait.
By the time I got to the food window, I noticed she was serving both drive through windows, the front counter, grabbing the food, making the drinks and on the microphone. Obviously they were severely short staffed. She didn't look stressed. Did her job well. And got the job done. It was refreshing to see. No panic even with people beeping in the queue. It wasn't a long wait considering. Whatever they are paying her quadruple it as she was doing 4 people's jobs. I told her to hang in there and she had a laugh and continued her work. She deserves a medal.

However I do like the coffee at McCafe (?) Though it's weird picking up an order from 2 separate places (especially if they're called together).
If you have the app, you can use it or, like I do, just get a code from the app and use the screen to order.
Just as a point of interest, on the scrolling board it said there's a free small coffee, or something, for seniors who spend over $4, but there's also a poster of it which says it ends in 2022, so I don't know if it's a gimmick or they're continuing it and forgot about the dated poster.

Quick stop to recharge after big work mornings. Service was a bit slow for dine in

We had our over 40s+ get together there yesterday great venue atmosphere with friends n plenty of loud laughter ,pancakes n yesterday's special $2 Chicken burgers were flowing ,lol pensioners coffee n hot chips not to miss.Great morning out.

Enjoyed a lovely, eat-in breakfast here with my husband. He had a coffee, egg & bacon muffin with hash brown. I had hot chocolate with toasted banana bread. The meals were lovely, fresh & hot. Hit the spot just nicely, yummo!...

Best Macca's always friendly staff and fast service and never gets my order wrong...

Wonderful team at this MacDonalds...highly recommend...great customer service, courtesy, especially from Josh who always goes to the extra effort of making sure customers are happy at all times.

Just as good (or bad) as any other store

Got told to pull over into waiting bay. Waited for over 10 minutes for our order. When we got it everything was cold. What were we waiting for? Or did we just get forgotten?

Even though they missed something on the order they where more then helpful ( after all they are only human ) the staff are Friendly and the store is clean

Very good service unlike other McDonalds. The girl ran out to the car park to bring us the meal we left out on the counter. Very impressed. Polite and prompt service. Great to see that. Thank you, keep it up!

You guys are awesome! Bribie Island macdonalds should do a training course from you guys because your service is impeccable. Perfect burgers with no grease, I always get my extra pickles and I get service with a smile. I’ll always come back here, thank you 🙏

Have dined here the last 2 nights and customer service in-store and through drive thru were fantastic, smiles from staff and very welcoming also my order was correct both times. Just one tip please add a little bit more ice cream on the cones lol

This MacDonald's is the cleanest. Best customer service. All employees were kind and very helpful. Will keep this place on our stop when we are in this area again. 5 Stars. . Thank you guys 👍👍👍👍👍

Very impressed with today's visit. They were very busy but we were greeted by a staff to put an order through the self order system. Order delivered very quickly. Food fresh and hot 👍
