Extremely fast postage and very reasonably priced product (best price I’ve come across for Planaria remedy).
Also sent a mini mentos in the package, which I thought was a very nice touch!

Great staff who know their stuff. Very helpful, friendly and informative. Great range and quality. It is hard not to get excited about fish, when you are greeted by the infectiously excited staff. They just love talking about fish and helping us to equip ourselves with knowledge on how to look after the fish we purchase.

The new store is wonderful, well laid out, clean and bright. The staff are friendly and helpful! Fish tanks were all clean and fish looked healthy. Fish and products displayed well!

These guys have been fantastic to deal with. I only got back into the game 18mths ago after 6 or 7yr break so looking for a decent fish shop was my 1st stop & these guys fill that spot. Good prices, delivery gets out quickly & I get lollies to take to work if the postie gets here early enough. 100% guarantee but still look forward to a in person visit when I get up that way.

Haven't been there in person but I ordered some well priced tissue cultures and got 10 plants in a cup. The shipping was much cheaper than other stores and arrived in a good time frame. They also packed in some surpise mentos 😎

We seem to go here looking for one thing and end up buying more than we should.:) I find the staff friendly and knowledgeable and if they are unsure they will ask someone that does know. The prices are competitive, I do highly recommend it.

We also recommend before buying an aqua one mini reef ask to see one running and if there are any mods done to reduce the excess sloshing of the direct downpipe eg a ball valve, which was the only unseen problem.

The Tech Den has been my local fish store for the past 18 months, even though I live 50 kilometers away. The new shop is awesome, they always have what I want in stock. The live fish display is fantastic, prices are realistic, the staff are friendly and customer service is awesome.
