Smokemart & GiftBox Caboolture

I have been coming to this store for years and i always receive fantastic customer service. The girls there always greet other customers and i with a smile and are so welcoming. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. I always am warmly welcomed by the young lady Nerida. She always asks how i am and offers me the best bang for my buck. Whenever i need to get a little gift smokmart caboolture city is where i go. I recently had to buy a small gift and phoenix's service was amazing she was so honest and friendly. I have had so many good experiences with the staff here and i will definitely keep coming back.

Friendly staff Vicki and phoenix make you feel welcome even if your just walking past. Always greet you with smile, Vicki and phoenix are very knowledgeable and will help you with anything. It's the only smoke shop I go to now.

Smokemart Caboolture has always been my go to shop when buying gifts smokes vapes you name it they’ve helped me out. Staff is always friendly and goes beyond and above to help if they can. Nerida is one of the most loveliest employees to work there when it comes to vapes she’s the one to go to. She’s always polite and caring friendly. Tahlia helped me the other week and I couldn’t thank her enough for helping me. She helped me pick out the perfect gift and I walked out without my shopping and she quickly ran out to help me. Thank girls you truly know how to treat your customers!

Bought a vape at another store in the area, wasn’t shown how to set it up. Took it in to this store, the set it up for me and showed me how to use it. Said to come back in if I ever need help changing coils etc. Definitely recommend this team.
