This is a great practice. Dr Haq is the best. He’s helped me be my husband over a number of years and even saw my mum when she visited from overseas (even if she did hijack my own appointment ). I can’t recommend him enough. The staff are always busy but take the time to help you. I’ve always managed to get seen in good time Thanks everyone

I’ve been seeing Dr Masud-Ul-Haq for a few years now. I’m very pleased with the care I have received from him. He is genuinely caring and considerate with my health needs. Easy to communicate with. As is a picture of good health himself and a snappy dresser, I feel I must surely be in good hands.
As for the Centre itself I recommend patients get there early as this Centre is highly efficient and fast. Thanks.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here. Some I truly believe are not warranted. Every practice has issues.
I have been a patient at this clinic for well over 15 years. I cannot speak highly enough about the treatment received.

The fact now they are in a really well decked new Surgery in the Happy Valley Shopping speaks volumes.

A lot of new reception staff who take the time to talk & understand. Getting an appointment seems to be better.
The car parking so much better than before.

I have been seeing Dr. Masud-Ul-Haq for over 10 years now, I would recommend him to anyone. I started seeing Dr. Haq, when he was at Pt Noarlunga Sth. When he stopped working there, I followed him to Fountain Valley Medical Centre. Dr. Haq is very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He has helped my family and I with all our medical needs. He makes sure we understand what he is saying to us and that we understand our medical condition.
I find the staff to be professional, friendly, and polite, always greet with a friendly smile and willing to help you.

I have had only good experiences here. The doctors are knowledgeable and will actually take time to listen to you, and they're great with anxiety. They occasionally run late, but its because they take time to really listen, rather than get people in and out. The reception/admin staff are always so lovely and welcoming. I was sick recently and had to come in regularly and was so pleased with how responsive everyone has been, even when I literally couldn't talk for a month. My usual GP, Dr Teale, didnt have appointment openings (he's amazing, so is often booked out) but Dr Dlair and Dr Chaggar were fantastic. They took my issues seriously and I felt heard and supported. The extended opening hours and ability to book on the app are bonuses too.

I have known Dr Chagger for several years he is a repeatable trustworthy Dr. I highly recommend him. The reception staff are also very helpful and friendly. Just a great doctor's Surgery to visit.

Dr Masud-Ul-Haq has been an amazing doctor looking after me and my family for past 5 years. Dr Masud-Ul-Haq is a very caring and humble person who always goes out of his way to ensure his patients get the best possible care and treatment. Highly recommendable doctor.

I was surprised at the comments regarding Fountain Valley Medical Centre. I have been to this medical centre for the last few years. Seen two doctors in that time been very happy with all my appointment experiences. Was seeing a different doctor today, as my doctors day off today, and looked up the website to see this doctor’s profile.
Looking at the comments I was shocked at the negative experiences people have had when I have been fortunate enough to always (the roughly dozen times I’ve been there over the years) to have had a positive experience both with reception area and doctors. In all my experiences with this centre I could not fault service received.
I suppose most of us see our regular doctor and have no need to google the medical centre - we don’t comment because we never see the comments made. I would just like to note I am always pleasant to people. Though if I receive unsatisfactory service I am not slow to quickly complain to staff of ANY business.
My reason for 5 stars is I have always had a positive experience and could not fault it so thought it necessary to comment today.

I am surprised by all the negative reviews.
My family and I have been attending this clinic for over 10 years and have always seen Dr Christina and Dr Pillai . We have found both Drs to be fantastic . We have also recently seen Dr Dlair who was also fantastic . Dr Christina and Dr pillai have always listened to our concerns and have been so thorough and not at all dismissive . We always call ahead before we attend out appointment to see if the drs are running on time. I can't fault the care that we have received at this practice over the last 10 years.

Wonderful Doctors, great skill mix so all care needs are met. We have always felt comfortable. You are never rushed which sometimes means appointment times run over into the next appointment of there is a problem. Better to sometimes have appointments later than expected and wait and know these drs will always take everything seriously than rush you out the door and on top the next person.

Have been going to this practice since around 2010, most doctors are really friendly and helpful and the receptionists are very polite and professional. Dr Christina Bolaton and Dr Camila Castro are my favourites due to their kindness and how thorough they are in their cases. You don’t feel like a number, but a human being here. Most of the doctors here won’t treat you like you’re crazy if you are in pain etc that has been occurring over a long period of time like other clinics would. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

It was my first appointment at this practice today and had to give it 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐from calling to make the appointment to seeing the Dr all aspects of the practice were great! Dr Adams was professional and caring and I felt totally at ease.
So happy to find a professional bulk billing practice and will definately be back.

We've never had issues with the service or staff here. They've always been very friendly and helpful and have accommodated with late doctors wherever they can. Our 2 year old came down quite sick recently and we were told to come in straight away. We only had to wait 20mins and we were seen too and our son given treatment immediately. It knocked him around for a few days afterwards so it was pretty nasty. The lady on reception was incredibly helpful and supportive. At one stage she received a difficult patient on the phone who was very rude. She stayed calmed and patient and handled it very well. Even when they hung up on her. Happy to recommend this place anytime!

I have been going to this Clinic for many years since it opened I have always found the reception staff and the doctors extremely helpful , I currently see Dr.Pillai who is a brilliant doctor, I have a panic disorder and agrophobia so I can ring up just before my appointment to see how long I have to wait, thoroughly professional in all aspects, my hubby and 13 year old have been regular patients as well and we are always treated friendly and kindly. No complaints whatsoever, I always use the app and it works fine for me 10/10

I was a bit sceptical at first about the clinic because of the low rating here. However, Dr Castro has completely put my mind at ease with her exceptional patience and professionalism. She is the best doctor i ever seen. The receptionist is good everything is fine. Highly recommended!

We just saw Dr Simon with a 1 year old with an ear infection. Dr Simon was wonderful. He was patient, thorough and interacted so kindly with the baby and explained everything well.

Dr Haq is an amazing professional and at the top wonderful human being.

This is a bulk billing practice servicing a huge area and massive patient load. Yes they run late. But as an ongoing patient of this clinic I always call ahead to see how the doctors are travelling. The reception staff are fantastic and always give you a realistic time frame of when you can expect to be seen. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes. The doctors I have seen here have been wonderful and extremely thorough. This is close, local and bulk billing. Highly recommended.

I have been attending this clinic for 8 years & have always found everyone to be excellent. I always try to attend with a smile & always receive one in return - even if I'm feeling yuk! I highly recomment this clinic & its wonderful staff. Remember, keep on smiling!
