Baby Bunting Mile End

We went in store last month to shop for all our big ticket items for our first Bubs. Marietta was amazing! I had been in a couple of times to have a look and ask some questions about prams and car seats and she was so helpful. She has an excellent knowledge of the whole range of products and was able to help us decide what would work best for us based on our needs. She went above and beyond, patiently spending lots of time assisting us whilst we tried to make up our minds.

I look forward to my next shopping trip after having such a lovely experience last time. Thanks Marietta.

We spent about an hour and half and dealt with 3 different staff members.

We were blown away by the level of engagement and energy from the staff. We told them, we were not ready buy anything yet, simply looking and doing our research.

Nope, no difference. They took the time to explain everything, what's good what's bad, all features etc etc. Since we had no knowledge, they made everything so simple and answered everything we asked them.

We found the team to be upfront, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Today I went to Baby Bunting Mile End to enquire about a specific car seat in the current catalogue. I was greeted with a smile by Theo. He was extremely knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions, going above and beyond by bringing the car seat out to my car to ensure it would fit and also see if I had isofix points. I was extremely happy with the service Theo provided.

Abbey was absolutely incredible!!

Being first time parents we were COMPLETELY overwhelmed.

We went in to get a pram and capsule and had no clue what to even look for. Abbey really stepped in, answered ALL of our questions and helped us make the right decision for us and our needs. She is even keeping an eye out for an out of stock product on our behalf so we don’t miss out when it arrives.

I highly recommend Baby Bunting. One stop shop for all your baby and toddler needs. On our visit Sat 16th December, we were assisted by Sahar. I hope i spelt that correctly. She went above and beyond with very helpful advice.
It is my daughters first baby so we received great tips on the most functional choices.

I would highly recommend this store. I had been to other stores to get a toddler board for my pram and was told by them that my pram had no attachment for it. When I went into the Mile End store, a lovely assistant literally tried them all and SEVERAL could be attached to my pram. Instead of just selling me a new pram (which is why I went in) they were so patient and helpful.

Was looking at high chairs and Megan was helping me. She was very informative and showed me some amazing features on the high chair that she recommended. Thank you Megan for making my shopping experience so comfortable and easy. Will be back to visit soon.

We got several bundles from Baby Bunting with very good prices. We were able to buy pretty much all we need for our baby the first time we came here thanks to a lady staff named Mary. She was so helpful, gave us advices on different products and possible sales, and didn't push us to buy more. Very good customer service and prices.

I first visited bb mile end in December when I was purchasing a car seat and pram for our little one. We were served by Mary who was so helpful! I think we spent over two hours with her going through prams and car seats and what is best for our lifestyle. Fast forward to June when I got to take my little one to bb to purchase nappies etc, I was so excited to see Mary and she recognised us and once again assisted us. We went back to bb two weeks later and Mary was working again so got to see our little one :) once again she was so helpful and no question was to silly. Thanks bb mile end and Mary.
We will always return to this store. I did have to go to gepps cross bb and didn’t receive very good service.

The staff here are lovely and super helpful. After a bad experience at a smaller baby store in Adelaide we decided baby bunting was our best option. In every baby bunting I have been in the staff have been so lovely. They have so much knowledge on all their products and such amazing customer service! Will definitely continue shopping here!

As soon as we started looking around we had multiple staff members ask us if we needed any help and then were extremely thorough, helpful and friendly when explaining items. Mary and Theo in particular took the time to give us the best deal possible on baby furniture and made our experience there wonderful.

A huge range of products to choose from and great advice in store.

I am amerzing with the service of Mary and Sarah, where they treat me well even after closing the store hours where I was stuck with my install payment scheme.

They waited with me for more than half an hour today to settle my payments, where they help me in alternative payment scheme to settle the outstanding.
