I buy a gopro 12 today 18/12/2023 and return gopro 10 beause overheating issue with that model. No problem with refund quick and easy. The male staff assist me very quick with refund. There is no more intimidating security guards at the front only the friendly JB staffs at the door so far i have see. Happy so far made my shopping experience a joy. Jb got the best return policy and will price match!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I attended near closing time (sorry guys and gals) after a specific product. Product was cheaper with a different retailer, staff price matched and checked to see if they had the exact colour I was after, as none on display.

I arrived in Adelaide and realized I left my laptop charger in Sydney. It was this past Sunday and I desperately needed a charger so that I could work during the week. I rushed to JB Hi-Fi to try get a replacement - I was helped by a red bearded gentlemen, who immediately could see that it was a gaming laptop and stated that they probably didn't stock the right charger. He was correct, there were none that could support my laptop. Despite this, he spent a good 20 min trying to assist by calling other electronics stores to see if they supplied - in the end I had to order from Ebay. Regardless, he was awesome and I appreciated your help my dude.

Went into JB Hi-Fi to price check a fridge before I went to the Good Guys to buy. Met up with the nicest lady employee called Wea(Papua Nuginian) who escorted me to the fridge section and laid out the options. Finding a suitable one she negotiated a better deal and we bought on the spot. Freight organised and installed while taking away my old fridge. Deal done it took me back to old fashioned service 40 years ago. You don't get that much anymore. Well done JB Hi-Fi. Thank you Wea
