He cares about his customers' needs and responds accordingly. The products here are also very diverse, suitable for many different customers with reasonable quality and prices.

I visited this store to get an idea of the conventional microwaves on offer. One of the sales people, Tang, was most helpful. When I enquired about the gift vouchers on offer through Solarhart, he and Paul ensured I was correctly signed up.
The store is neat and tidy and they even have a section for kitchen benches etc.
Great place to browse and receive advice.

Huge respect for Helen who helped me buy a washing machine over the phone in super quick time. She was efficient, friendly and informative. She rang back twice very promptly and made sure I understood what was happening. This girl needs a bonus.

I attended the Mile end store last week. I would like to thank Tony in the Oven dept and Thaing in the TV department for their great service. They took their time and covered all questions I had. It has been a while since I have received such good customer service.

We went in to buy an aircon (obviously) and ran into perhaps the nicest salesperson ever. Andrew was so helpful, truly made me realise that I could never work retail because I could never be that friendly and upbeat to every customer I saw. (Writing this review from a room that isn’t the temperature of an oven thanks to the aircon we got)

Vince from The Good Guys at Mile End is an absolutely brilliant example of a "good guy". I have bought very large and expensive items from The Good Guys at Mile End such as fridges, washing machines, televisions and sound bars. I have also purchased numerous smaller items like blenders, toasters, kettles, coffee machines and vacuums. I have always been treated with courtesy and good old fashioned customer service and I would not shop anywhere else for my electrical goods. I highly recommend putting your trust and hard earned money on your purchases from a store where the customer is still important as it's a rare thing these days. Thank you very much Vince. You are simply the best store manager I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Good Karma coming your way !

Went there this weekend to buy a sound bar. Liam (sales guy) around TV and speaker area , he was great, worked out a good deal and helped us choose the right one. Very happy with the purchase and service. Thank you once again!.

I had the most wonderful service yesterday by Thuan. He has a very professional and sincere demeanour and wonderful technical knowledge. I was enquiring about Head Silencer Headphones and came to seek comparisons of the various brands. The list of questions that I had was long and in each case he knew all the products, data and specifications. I have occasionally been underwhelmed by the Good Guys service so Thuan’s approach stood high above the rest. I couldn’t help but feel that the Good Guys should be utilising his skills to create opportunities for someone like Thuan in their Corporate structure.

cannot speak highly enough about service today. rang to get historical information about the LG dishwasher which was not working and spoke to Vince. He gave me the information i wanted (purchase date) and then asked what the problem was. I told him and he told me simply how to fix it myself rather than call out a technician. Took me all of 5 minutes. thanks a million Vince.

Ordered a dishwasher for delivery, installation and removal of old broken dishwasher. Service was absolutely above and beyond. The guys who installed it while I was at work even started the first wash so that when I came home it was ready to be used!

Alex helped us out in purchasing a new TV, we’ve never bought one before as proper adults lol, but knew what we wanted and alas, it was end of line and none available. Called into this large store looking for a coffee machine. The sales person
Explained all the different types of machines. Ended up making a very good coffee which I enjoyed. Settled on a model that I felt would be what I need. The whole transaction was easy, and comfortable to handle. Most impressed will call again.
