Great customer service and product support... my Global knife was accidentally dropped off the bench by an Airbnb guest - surprisingly it broke... but Global rep was good to replace it ... It is a great knife set, made even better by a company that supports its products

Tony was super helpful when we phoned in regards to an item we wished to purchase, pay for and pick up a few days later. No problem, all done and gift wrapped, waiting for us. Store has beautiful layout. The staff were very helpful. I brought in a pasta machine which was given to me as a gift, but it broke. It was still within the 2 year warranty. Showed the staff the receipt and they replaced it straight away for me.

Absolutely love everything this store stocks. Always love their Christmas range and they have great in store sales. Well presented and clean store, in fact staff are too busy stocking and coding items out the back that you’ll need to holler for assistance. Once you have their attention they are friendly and helpful. Left with some great bargains.

Great range of kitchenware. Love the solidteknicks pan that I bought there and they have a lot of high quality brands such as Swiss Diamond, Lodge and Scanpan

Never will l ever step foot in this store again. This store was one of my favourite places to shop until today when l was discriminated against for not wearing a mask (due to a server medical condition) Because l refused to show the staff my exception as l was informed by the Federal police l did not need to show anyone apart from a member of the police. Then l had numerous customers start to have a go at me at which staff members did nothing and allowed the torment to continue (they say they did, however it continued and l didn'thear them)
I have never been so humiliated in my life wherthe entire store was looking on, not to mention l began having breathing problems. I will be seeking legal action.You had no right to see my exemption (explained by the covid info hotliine) You allowed me to be discriminated in your store by numerous other customers.

staff are rude, slow and talk down to people who just want to learn a bit more about certain products.
I'd avoid this one.
