The Precinct Bar @ Eastridge

From the photos you would never guess this bar/cafe is in Chirnside Park and admittedly I was expecting much less when we first booked. But was blown away when we got there, sleek modern interior with large spacious decking surrounding a man made pond.

The location is as awesome by night as it is by day with its own deck overlooking the pond this cafe/bar is awesome to just sit back and chill on the deck and enjoy the view.

At night it is equally nice, well lit with big screen tv outside to keep an eye on the footy while you catchup over a few brews.

The food well executed to match with the burgers and bao buns being very nice accompaniment to any session, with plenty of vegetarian options around too to keep everyone happy.

Came here for a work function and it was fantastic. Food was delicious, drinks were great and staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Stopped by here for an early Saturday lunch today after hearing a lot about it . Sensational. Relaxing & quiet on the deck next to the pond. Delicious food and lovely chilled vino! Best yet, the service was outstanding! Manager & bar staff were brilliant. Loved it and will be back again very soon!

I booked a big table of 24 of us for a bottomless brunch for my birthday and we had the best time!
The value for money was amazing, the cocktails were delicious, the food was to die for and the service was incredible! Throughout the whole experience the staff remained calm, kind and attentive. The atmosphere was so fun, we all had a little boogie to the live music and the location of where we were seated was so perfect and spacious.

This was by far the best outing I have had with my friends and I cannot recommend this place enough, cannot wait to come back!

We hosted our recovery for our wedding at Precinct at Eastridge and they were truely amazing. The food was delicious and the staff were so accommodating. We’ve loved the venue and have visited on multiple occasions but the relaxed environment made it a perfect local venue to host a chill recover celebration.

I was really looking forward to going here as soon as I found out it was opening. I was not disappointed, great beer list, a full wine list and delicious food. A very comfortable upper class feel with the decor, really had a very CBD feel without the travel and felt very welcomed. Look forward to coming back and thank you for having us!

Great spot, food is delicious, good beer on tap. Atmosphere is awesome with the deck and pond with live music to go along with it. Good place to grab an arvo drink and avoid the rif raff

Hey we had a great time, the staff seemed lovely and we enjoyed the live music while overlooking the beautiful lilly pond and garden area. Very modern with a lot of life. The female toilet line gets long, but don't go into the boys toilets if you're desperate, and then pretend to be a guy talking in a guys voice. The bouncers will come knocking and threaten to kick you out. Also soz about that.

We went here tonight for our friend's birthday food was amazing, drinks where amazing and staff went above and beyond to accommodate for our three year.

Great place to bring the family. Relaxing & fun atmosphere, good service, good food, friendly staff, excellent live music. Great place to go on the weekends!

The guys at Stomping Ground in Collingwood are cautious where they put their beer, and fair enough. But its safe at The Precinct Bar. If youre looking for VB off tap, you'll have to drive a little further, if you want pub made kilo of cheese on a an oversized parma, go where the VB is. This is not that.

Friendly staff, great selection of beer, and a deck overlooking a pond. What more could you ask for on a summer day.
