Alli has been my personal trainer for almost 20 years and for good reason. Alli is a very experienced, knowledgeable and professional PT. She is passionate about helping her clients gain strength and fitness, through personally designed training sessions specific to their individual goals.
Her knowledge of human physiology and nutrition is outstanding and she is always happy to give advice about any health and well-being issues.
Alli is always enthusiastic and supportive, encouraging me to do my best. She has helped me to gain muscle strength to support my back and knee weaknesses and as a result I have been able to avoid surgery.
Alli makes exercise fun and engaging. Every session is different so it never gets boring. Her attention to correct alignment and technique to target specific muscle groups and avoid injury is evident in her teaching style. She really cares about her clients getting the most benefit from each session , listening to any concerns and tailoring the exercises to suit.
Training with Alli 1:1 in a non-intimidating environment has given me the confidence to try different styles of exercise including weights, mat and reformer Pilates and Yoga.
I’m so grateful to have met Alli and highly recommend her services.

Allison has been my personal trainer for 20 years! Her personal commitment to my health and wellbeing goals has meant that I have had a constant cheerleader and supporter to meet my health challenges and life milestones. Alli has helped me prove to myself how strong I am and what I can achieve. I would highly recommend her as a Pilates and yoga teacher and a personal trainer.

As a long-standing personal training client of Alli, I can vouch that she is an exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable and experienced fitness professional who delivers a consistently high standard of instruction coupled with an acute awareness to provide a safe and respectful experience for her clients. Her commitment to instructing according to the correct techniques has meant that I have never been injured in the 15+ years that I have been trained by her (including 2 pregnancies training up to 39 weeks gestation both times). I cannot speak highly enough of her competency, care and professionalism.

I first met Ali a few years back after I had fractured my neck in a mining accident, I also had some issues with my hips not rotating properly and giving me pain when I tried to. One the first meet with Ali after explaining everything I knew I was in good hands, I was able to function alot better and whale pain had subsided dramatically, I have never hear of pilates and only briefly heard of yoga , ( now being a mining guy I was sceptical ) however I was blown away with the professionalism, the relaxed environment, the calmness and the patience Ali had with a first timer , I have so much respect for this amazing soul when all the other options I tried never worked , Ali got me to a point where I functioned again withalot less pain. Thank you and I would highly recommend anyone that has thought about doing it and had second guesses ... trust me you will be amazed.

Alli is the most well educated and passionate Pilates/yoga teacher I have ever met. Her application of effective muscle control and engagement has helped me remove previous hip and knee pain through the correct use of Pilates. She is so engaging and knowledgeable, her ability to explain correct technique, demonstrate and correct my technique in class is rare.

I love her flows and everything she shares about yoga, she does an incredible job and is really authentic. I've had a few yoga teachers and her classes are by far my favourite in Adelaide, and she reminds me of my yoga teachers in Bali who taught my course when I completed my Yoga Teacher Training last year!

Highly highly recommend Alli’s Pilates classes. Alli is able to show you the ropes, and progress in detail of the principles to get the most out of your session. She consistently demonstrates how to perfect form of each movement, of each class as well as explains how different postures and placements of the body can influence different muscles. This overall has dramatically improved my body awareness and given me the skills to incorporate Pilates principles in other forms of exercise.
She recites and breaks down each of the principles throughout the class to invigorate each of our own journeys in Pilates, gaining an understanding on how they influence the movements.
Alli continuously changes up different movements and sequences to keep classes engaging, challenging and enjoyable. She provides opportunity to get to understand the Pilates vocabulary whilst working on reoccurring movements, providing options to alter the intensity of each.
Alli’s adaptability makes for a positive interactions between beginners and skilled individuals to feel comfortable, and progressive. This alone highlights the inclusivity and sensitivity Alli demonstrates in her classes to cater for all levels of skill effectively. Her hands on approach means for functional demonstrations and one-to-one assistance. Alli’s high energy, encouragement and dedication means that she participates on the reformer/mat to demonstrate the movement, and show a guide for intensity and flow. This is accompanied by active observing and correction which is highly valuable.
Her consistent positive attitude, personal connection to class goers and broad range of knowledge and expertise makes her a distinguished instructor in her field.
Alli exhibits constant consideration and devotion to her classes and is an exemplary individual in the Pilates community having such a personal interest in the wellbeing of the individuals attending her classes.
