Best Mitre 10 visited thus far. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly in this store! I phoned up for a particular plumbing item. The person on the phone not only checked the stock item on hand but also checked the shelf physically. Asked my name and held the item. This store sets an excellent example of customer service. Furthermore, they certainly set themselves apart from other Mitre 10 stores - by far. It was worth the trip from Hahndorf.

The service in the store is always on point. Not like the big guys where you can wander aimlessly and not see a staff member for days at a time, these guys are always keen to help. Not only that but every time I’ve been they’ve had exactly what I wanted, and I’ve checked their prices a couple of times and they’re always on par if not better that bunnos. Recommend.

After starting a big garden make over I ended up with a blank canvas! I felt overwhelmed and stuck on ideas and what plants go with what so decided to go into mitre10 for inspiration and help! thank goodness for TAYA is absolutely exceptional! her quality of satisfying her customers with precision, professionalism , efficient and knowledge! she goes down to every detail to make sure you understand! what an absolute pleasure to have you in our local store I won't go to anyone else! thank you!

On the way out of Adelaide, i spotted their sign for 20 buck havianas and quickly busted a uturn to get some! Absolute ripper bargain and saved my life and my feet this summer!
More than a hardware store!

Staff always friendly and accommodating. Prices often low but sometimes can be high. I'd highly recommend as if you can't buy it here staff can help you find another place to get what you are looking for.
