Strath Motel

The Strath was a very pleasant surprise. The initial booking conversation was efficient and friendly. The staff are very welcoming and have great local knowledge, thanks for the restaurant recommendation AND complementary drink vouchers. Our room was modern and very spacious, Felt as if we were the first to stay in it. The motel complex is cleverly designed and landscaped with a tropical resort appearance. When the opportunity arises we are definitely staying at the Strath Motel again.

A large group of us went to this Motel before heading to a wedding at Langhorne Creek. The rooms were large and very clean and had all amenities we required. Highly recommend this Motel to you. Plenty of parking was available with only a couple of steps to the rooms

Lovely clean and quiet rooms, easy 7 minute walk to main street.

Had a wedding near Strathalbyn so the motel was easy to get to. Lots of parking inside and out. Rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy. There was tea and coffee plus biscuits on arrival. Rooms were very spacious with a big bathroom with a bath. Soft towels soap shampoo and conditioner supplied as well. Had a private table for two outside the rear sliding door. Friendly staff and place to buy drinks and snacks at reception. Easy check in and out.

Couldn't fault it, Large room, in Bathroom actual Bath tub, that isn't seen much now, pleasant stay, close to the Town centre, totally worth staying here.

Room was well kept and spacious! It Had a microwave, toaster, fridge/freeze, clothes iron, and ironing board. Staff were very friendly and informative about the region. Breakfast could be ordered for extra and was great. Hotel located few hundred meters from high st with a number of eats & op shops.

Really lovely motel with wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a great size each with their own private outside area or the back. So clean and well kept supplying all the bathroom products you need as well as coffee, decaf, tea etc. Beds were comfortable and nicely styled. Can definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay in a clean, comfortable, spacious room. The grounds are well looked after with a shady outdoor seating area. Very reasonably priced and not far from town

Attention to detail is key in this mid-priced motel. Include a table on a patio with vegetation. Great shower. Wine and beer for purchase.

We stayed in a family room which was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and well furnished. The only downside was a lack of crockery and steel cutlery for (own) breakfast use; we don’t believe this to be enough to remove a star 😉

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautifully comfortable, clean room. Private, outdoor spot to enjoy your coffee (or something stronger!) Would give it six stars if I could.

What a delightful motel. We were warmly greeted by the reception staff upon arrival. Room was large, clean with microwave and toaster. We enjoyed our stay. Warm friendly staff when we checked out. All in all a place to stay and explore the township of Strathalbyn.

Very clean and well appointed large rooms. Well priced rooms comparable to more expensive inner city hotels, large bathroom with a bath. Staff are also very polite and friendly. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night.

Our 2 days we spent here was great, room excellent, staff and cleaners friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was delivered on time and enjoyable. Definitely recommend Strath Motel. Hope to return again soon.

I was too late so the reception was closed, there was bo problem to check in as I have arranged late check in via call. I have stayed here with my wife and two kids. The room I got was large with a double and two single beds. I completely agree with the review below says the cleanest motel ever. The bath room also looks like recently renovated.

Fantastic, accomodation was first class, owners and staff so helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t fault it!

Good environment, spacious rooms. Kids enjoyed their bath and mini spa😁. Loved it and enjoyed our family stay there. Parking spaces, kettle, toaster, microwave everything you need. Will come back again. Friendly staffs too.

The room was lovely and clean. All staff were friendly and very approachable. Many thanks also, for your understanding over a slight misdemeanor we had. Brecky was delicious. Overall, a very lovely experience. Ee will recommend you to our friends, and will certainly return ourselves.
