Always shop at Strathalbyn Woolworths. Staff are just fantastic. Louise,Ben,Jack, Craig and Oscar..Wow guys you and the other team members deserve a medal. They do there utmost best in all areas. To those ungrateful people that have degraded them, SHOP somewhere else!!!!! Like Walmart, sounds like you belong there.. Merry Christmas 🎄

The 2IC Jason is always super helpful when I go in to this store. He makes it a real pleasure to know that if I need a hand he's not always out in the office but actually on floor helping his staff. I really appreciate it Jason! Well done Woolies! He deserves a Payrise!

The staff here are just so good. Never had such great friendly service. I hadn't been here before and had a problem. The girl who helped me was so understanding she gets 10 out of 10 in my books. Lovely store and I highly recommend shopping here.

Friendly, helpful service. They need to make sure the signs and prices correspond with the goods on the shelf. Just got charged $10 for margarine which had a sign under it for $6 special.

The staff were very friendly having a little joke as they worked and served us. We are new to the area so it was nice to see they were friendly and welcoming it says a lot for the store and the region

Great store for necessities when travelling through.

Impeccable service .. my son was treated like royalty after a leaking bleach bottle dripped on his brand new, first morning worn, $200 leather jacket.
The manager promptly & personally cleaned the jacket & couldn't have been more apologetic .. we were both given 1000 points to each of our rewards cards and an assurance if any damage showed later on the jacket my son would be fully compensated.

Lovely staff, excellent service. Love the free fruit for kids and having a paper bag option for grocery pickup.

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to the LEGEND of staff member who helped my grandpa last week.
My grandpa just wanted to get some paper towel and toilet paper at Woolworths Strathalbyn (NOT a hoarder) and there was nothing left. One of your staff member saw him looking for some, went out the back and gave him some from your own supplies and said don’t pay for it.
In these times it is so important to value the vulnerable and take care of them. I am so grateful someone did that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’d like to find out who you are to thank you personally. Cheers

This is a very nice Woolies. It's spacious with wide aisles. There is more selection than at smaller Woolies stores. Staff are pleasant. Worth the drive!
