SCA Darlington have great customer service.
I have a Japan import Toyota Majesta and the bonnet struts are worn and require replacement or regased.
I came in to see if the stock on the shelves can potentially replace the worn struts prior to ordering from Toyota Japan.
Firstly the manager there was incredibly helpful in measuring the struts on shelf and cross reference the measurements of the old struts.
Secondly, there was only one strut available and a month later I visited again and the manager recognised me and pulled out another strut that will fit behind the counter.

Had a good shop at Sypercheapauto for oil and filter, but I was after Shell oil and they no longer stock that brand it seems but had Castrol GXT which is also a brand I’ve used before

Always go out of my way to go to the Darlington store because the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable - some others stores I’ve had not so great experiences.

Lovely people, easy to navigate store, reasonable/v/good product quality.

Bought a great car stereo. Everything worked out great. I bought a wrong part but the staff helped me out to get a good result for my son on the day we needed to get the install done. Price was the cheapest I could find too.

SCA is one of my favourite stores to visit as they have so many awesome products available for my cars and home, at competitive prices.

Went down to Darlington store to see what headlight options I could put into my car. Michael was so helpful. I had found some lights (Narva H7 Blue Plus 110) at another auto place but they were unable to fit them. Supercheap Auto not only price matched the globes but also fitted them ($15) for me. I was able to buy the globes and have them fitted for less than if I were to buy them elsewhere! The globes were quite tricky to get back in but Michael did it with a smile. Excellent customer service.

Very happy with the service received at Darlington Supercheap, staff friendly while shopping and when paying for goods, as well as helpful when making sure you buy the right goods to suit your car with information cross-check by entering your car registration to obtain details on your car to confirm goods will fit.

Great service and they were able to source difficult to find parts for my little 4 pot Laser which is nearly 27 years old. The manager has done up cars himself and has a good knowledge of parts and bits. The only thing I was not able to get was brake shims. Had to go SH for that, local wreckers.
