Reception and contractor both super lovely and helpful! They were able to coordinate an emergency visit when 3 other companies couldn’t. Great service, appreciate them being able to help on short notice.

They were very accommodating and professional. They squeezed me in last minute and were able to repair my hot water service so that I could have hot water over the weekend! Super grateful!

Brian is awesome and so very nice to my mum. They did a switch board and came back and installed a reverse cycle aircon. He explained how to use the equipment and helped my mum lock her cats up. Excellent job and would totally recommend them. Thanks Brian and thanks Rachel. Rachel's in the office and kept me updated.

Called to try and get help/advice, understand it’s the last day of the year however they still answered the phone. Woman was rude, no compassion at all, not helpful at all and couldn’t care less!!!! We are local in penguin and will NEVER use this company EVER! Compassion and advice is absolutely free!

Dont show up on time and show a lack of care even if you have waited around for over an hour. Communication with the customer isnt a priority here.
