They attended on time, showed a genuine interest in our needs and provided a comprehensive written & competitive quote in a timely manner. Did not have the machine to do the job that I wonted but it's was not there fort

I find it funny that you have removed my negative review which just goes to show the sort of company you are. Just know no matter how many times you remove it I will just put my review back up to try and warn people of using your company and supplier.

Back in early March we had a new bench top and some cupboards installed which looked great and installers did a great job. Once they had finished the installer (Mark) had said to me just be careful of these benches as when I was cutting them they where powdery, which I thought weird never heard of a powdery bench top.
About 5 weeks later we had noticed some small chips in the bench and in the space of about 2 weeks we had noticed more in different areas. I contacted B & J Joiners and told them what was happening with benches and they were more than happy to come take a look.
One of the owners came out to inspect and had agreed with me that the benches should not be chipping and said it’s probably a manufacturing problem and more then likely benches would need to be replaced.
3 weeks later the manufacturer and sales rep came out to inspect and practically told me I must of been throwing my pots and pans around for these chips to happen. I find it amusing that these men think I paid thousands of dollars for a new kitchen to then 8 weeks later put chips in my benches🙄🙄.
4 weeks after they came we still had not heard anything from B & J Joiners so my husband called them on 3 different occasions, and they did not answer, so he emailed them to find out what was going on with the benches.
He then got a reply from (Sarah) who works in the office to pretty much say It was our problem not a manufacturing problem so they will not replace the benches.
My husband replied Practically saying that we’re not taking no for an answer to have the benches replaced, and we will wait to hear from you as to when installation is happening. that’s been about three months now and we’ve had no correspondence from them.
I think B & J Joiners should be ashamed of themselves with how they have conducted themselves.
The whole experience is absolutely disgusting not to mention we will have to go through another company to get these benches replaced once it comes time to sell. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of using this company to really rethink your decision.
