I purchased wood for my SIL for her 80th birthday. A little joke for us. Had it delivered. When my brother tried to use it, it was too big for his stove. My brother rang Craig and explained the situation, as he couldn't chop all the wood. The answer from Craig " we don't pick up wood. It was a special order". No assistance was offerred. Craig, I ORDERED THE WOOD. IT WAS NOT A SPECIAL ORDER. I ordered a load of wood.
What was supposed to be a fun present turned into a nightmare. Thanks to Craig.
My brother was worried I wouldn't get a refund so he loaded the wood onto his trailer and delivered it back to GW Lanscaping. I recieved my refund but $20 short and no explanation despire two emails. As one of Craig's employees said when I explained the problem to him, " Yes Craig can be a bit like that". I was unable to do anything as I ordered it from Western Australia. I'm very disappointed I trusted GW Lanscaping.
