Jodie has created a very welcoming and wholesome studio where everyone can feel comfortable challenging themselves. She’s also extremely knowledgeable and passionate about teaching, she provides excellent guidance and support throughout the classes. I always leave feeling strong and happy. There is a program to absolutely suit everyone no matter what level of your pilates journey you're on. And an extra bonus is that most days you are being greeted by their therapy dog when you walk through the door, the studio has gorgeous open bifold windows to let the sunshine and the sea breeze in, always a relaxing cup of tea brewing for after class, or there's a fresh bunch of flowers on display that put a smile on your face. I can’t recommend Jodie enough! I’ve had on going hip pain and problems. After just a few months training with Jodie not only has my pain disappeared but I have gained strength and knowledge on how move and engage my core. She’s the best!

Pilates has been great for my strength, agility and balance. The individualised program Jodie provides has really accommodated both my age and my previous injuries or weaknesses. The studio always has a friendly and supportive atmosphere and Pilates with Jodie is a great form of exercise that I can maintain.

I have LOVED doing Pilates here. Jodie is an absolute expert and the method is so well taught that Ive been able to do it at home with a fair amount of confidence. The studio is also a lovely space and thankfully Ive been able to bring my kids while I workout (they can sit quietly). Highly recommend.

My daughter is a special needs child and has been attending classes online with Jodie while at home during covid. Kara’s posture and core strength has improved out of sight. Jodie is so caring and gentle with Kara and I can’t thank her enough for the way she has handled teaching Kara. Kara is hearing and vision impaired however Jodie has taken this in her stride and was more than happy to accommodate her. Thanks Jodie for all you support, guidance and continual efforts 🙌👏🙏. Kerry

I always enjoy my Pilates sessions under the expert guidance of Jodie. The studio is a lovely light-filled space and the equipment is excellent. I highly recommend Inverloch Authentic Pilates to anyone who may be wanting to improve their core strength and the mental health benefits that accompany it.

Really enjoy doing Pilates with Jodie. She is excellent at adapting exercises to suit my issues whilst providing a great workout. I feel stronger and more flexible which is perfect for my aging body.
