Be careful. They don’t refund and they don’t accept returning products if it is sales items. We need to know very risky to purchase products like this business. I never recommend this shop. I purchased a product during the weekend but 1 hour later, I decided to cancel the order. I sent an email asking for a cancellation but they didn’t reply to me. On Monday morning, they suddenly sent an email that they shipped the item. I contacted them and explained that I sent a cancellation order email but they said it went to a junk mail box and they didn’t notice and already shipped the product. I asked them I would like to cancel the order. They didn’t accept it. They said it was a sales item, so they won’t accept my cancellation request. No one read the terms and conditions which link was shown at the end of the web pages and they didn’t warn us about it even when we placed an order. We usually have a cooling-off period as a consumer right but they didn’t listen at all. They put their own rule like a trap. I cannot feel any honesty and sincere answer from the conversation with the staff of this shop. I decide to contact Consumer Affairs. I don’t recommend this kind of shop which makes the website like a trap. This shop was the first shop I saw they don’t do fair business. All we can do is not buy products from businesses like this. We need to read all the terms and conditions and return policy before doing online shopping.

Rude and unprofessional email back after I was confused as to why I was being charged $50 plus again for shipping costs when I had already paid $20 for shipping for a $200 purchase from this store. Do not recommend purchasing from here at all.

Prior to my first comment, The owner claims she gave me “options” following my query however this is a lie. When I simply sent some information to her regarding the acts of conduct from consumer law she freaked out and said exactly this;

“We send this Item to hundreds of people all over the world and you are the only person with an issue.

We will therefore not continue with this transaction and have refunded your money.”

Very disappointed with the refusal to refund a damaged item which I had purchased only hours earlier. Upon arriving home, I realised the item had obviously become scratched and dinted from being stock on the floor. When returning and asking if I could swap it or get a refund, I was told there were no more in stock, and that they don’t do refunds, only credit notes. I explained that I was of the understanding that a refund cannot be refused if an item is damaged, to which I was told the item was on sale so they couldn’t offer a refund. No refunds is unlawful, especially if something is damaged. I have spent a significant amount of money at this store over the years when visiting, but they have now lost my business.
