Tables needed to be wiped, again staff never give napkins, this is every store mind you. However surprisingly they had table numbers available. Most stores don't. So l got a hash brown instead of chips for less calories reason, but it was dry & crunchy.

An employee named Tammy had great service in the drive through this Friday I guess. Very patient and understanding when we changed the order on the window before paying. Need more employees like him. Good workforce this maccas has👍👍

Honestly one of the best mc chicken burgers I've ever had. So good. But my large caramel sundae had no caramel on the bottom. What's the issue with caramel?? Why so little in my sundaes?? Not the first time. Maybe warm the caramel topping like you do with chocolate topping..
Restaurant had rubbish on majority of tables and all the bins were overfull.

Although management at this McDonalds is mediocre and often disappointing, i will not say the same about ‘Tarik’, a young man, who has truly understood the art of genuine customer service and care. If we had servers like Tarik in all of Maccas we would be eating it every night. Ive honestly seen such wonderful service. I would love to see Tarik in a grey uniform one day as the manager. Absolutely astonished by his service. I’ll definitely be returning for another Apple pie.

amazing place, Halal, great food and great service

This place has some of the most amazing staff that are quick and do really amazing work with their skills. Anjali, the night manager, always has an amazing smile and the transition staff always have your order ready on the dot.

I just had the best coffee ive ever had at mcdonalds. Hats off to the lady making them today thursday 31st of august 1.30 pm on drive thru. U will go places.

Just arrived in Melbourne from Darwin. Ordered our breakfast and sat in the car and ate. Perfect hot feed to start the day in this cold weather.

Fries and burgers were nice and hot and fresh . Service was fast even though it was so packed. I live in noble park but always drive out to this mcdonalds.

Yes, its always fresh hot quality food. Staff is always active fast and serving. Never got waited for that long. I had chicken deluxe and it was deluxe for real specially when I added extra crispy patty.

Great customer service .

Not sure if it's because my standards for McDonald's is usually pretty low but I'm actually floored by the quality and service of this branch. Clean store, Lightning speed order, burgers were so fresh and perfectly stacked, patties were huge and crazy juicy. I accident dropped my drink on the floor and all they did was smile and give me a replacement drink for free. Absolutely recommending this place. Amazing staff.

Love this maccas. Renovated during the 1st lockdown can't wait to go there and see what they've done.... the kids are eager to see the new playground too.
