This store is legit. I ordered a vape on Sunday night online and it arrived to me in Sydney on Tuesday morning!

Plus they chucked some candy in the which is always nice.

Fantastic staff, great range, good advice and helpful if you experience issues. They were happy to unbox 2 vape kits to allow me to compare 2 models, and give recommendations on my purchase. They also helped me to fix a tank purchased previously. It is worth looking online at the range first, so you have an idea of what they have, as everything is behind the counter.

Only dealt with these guys via online. And the service was top shelf. Made an online order,came within 2 days,accidentally sent me the wrong coils. Emailed them on the Saturday letting them know and by Monday i had my new coils. And a prepaid envelope with it to send back the others. Such a smooth transaction,how it should be with all businesses. A breathe of fresh air when this happens.

This dude set me and my friend up with our first pod vapes and hooked me up with my first upgraded mod. He picked out the perfect grape that matched exactly what I wanted, showed me how to set everything up, mix my nic salts I got from somewhere else (they don't do nicotine, but you can bring your own!) Has helped us know what coils and replacement pods to get and today, he once again hit the mark on a new flavor my friend and I are once again, obsessed with! Bro, ice banana subzero all the way! I trust this store entirely with their recommendations and I'm recommending them and vaping to people almost every second day when they try my vape and ask where I go because they love it much. 10/10 wick and wire, ride or die 😎🤙

Having a last minute emergency with the requirement of a Vaping Starter Kit, plus extra coils. I placed an order with this company who I normally dela with face to face, but due to Covid-19 Lockdown, I had to put my faith in online ordering. I expected the 2 Vape Kits and Coils I ordered to arrive a week from my order. However, I chose to pay the extra $4 (my order was over $80) and not only within 30 minutes of me placing the order, I was given an Australia Post Tracking Number. My order arrived the following day, within 24 hours of me placing the order. Everything was well packed and protected from damage. Plus extra goodies were included which I will not say as it will spoil the surprise, but just be thankful there are stores who are doing it tough.

Most of all, I was touched by the hand written note on the invoice. Great touch people. To Everyone at Wick and Wire, excellent Customer Service. High 5's to you all.

The best Vape Store in Melbourne. Friendly, online support was super fast and friendly, the Dandenong store had my Click and Collect order ready in 15mins. Online help was fantastic, prices are very fair, and a great selection of e juices. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and will continue to shop here for all my Vape supplies. So I went into the Dandenong store where I usually make my purchases, and found 2 unfamiliar staff, due to not visiting for a while. I was greeted by a stunning female (with beautiful eyes) who changed my vaping completely that afternoon! It's as if i haven't vaped correctly at all.
It's an understatement to say she was helpful. Not only did she lead me to the correct coil I needed but she went way above and beyond good service. Being a Doctor by profession, I was embaresed by the state of my mod, seeing as I hadn't cleaned it before I went in. She basically dismantled the mod piece by piece and cleaned every part for me, with no issue - and a beautiful smile on her face whilst doing it. . After telling her that usually after installing the coil, I get a burning taste, she investigated the problem and easily solved it for me... turned out it was ignoance on my behalf, not knowing how to wet the coil correctly. She also recommended a great juice for me to use. Most importantly, she made sure before I left the store that everything worked, and that I tried the mod and the taste was satisfactory... not just giving me my product after paying for it and out the door, as usualy was the case prior to yesterday's visit. I could not be happier! she demonstrated Incredible customer service...just awesome. And made my week. There is noway ill ever go to any other store, and I'd be extremely lucky if I was to get her assistance next time I visit...... just look for the gorgeous girl with the amazing smile... thnx wick n wire co

Great online experience, communication excellent from the Team. Purchased an OXVA Velocity kit and really enjoying it. Worth considering as OXVA have come up with a multi function unit with this model that vapes so well and great flavour.
