Ordered online. Delivery was very quick despite the pandemic. I live in townsville and the product I ordered was 10x cheaper than what I could get it up here and was good quality. Couldn't be happier thanks heaps.

PLEASE SUPPLY A FULL REFUND ON MY ITEM PURCHASED SOME WEEKS AGO. I TOLD YOU NOT TO SEND MY ITEM WITH ARAMEX COURIERS, AS THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COURIER SERVICE. I HAVE BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES AND DELAYED/MISSING PARCELS ON MANY OCCASIONS WITH ARAMEX AND THEIR PREVIOUS COMPANY FASTWAY.
MY PARCEL IS MISSING SOMEWHERE IN NSW, AND I CANNOT CONTACT ARAMEX IN AUSTRALIA OR ANY OF THEIR DEPOTS. ALL CALLS TO ARAMEX GO TO AN OVERSEAS CALL CENTRE. AGAIN, I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND OF MY ORDER #153024.
