First rate butcher that is a must see if travelling through and worth the drive from Melbourne if not (and I’m not joking). The range and quality of meat is phenomenal and they have many other items including fish on wens and Friday, some veggies, prepared meals, spices etc etc. Any self respecting foodie should look up this address immediately!!!

Lived in inverloch for 7 years knew the butcher was there but just did not get down there until today. Great butchery with not only good selection of quality meat but a lot of home grown and made stuff like dips, sauces and so much more all served with great service. Love this local butchery and will come back soon.

Incredible butcher. Stumbled upon it while in town for the Easter long weekend, ended up leaving with an Esky full of meat to take back to Melbourne. Great range, wonderful staff, and most importantly exceptional quality local meat. Will be putting an order in anytime someone I know is heading to South Gippsland.

Mark Chapman made our true South African boerewors sausages and we just love it.
We drive from Foster to buy top quality steaks and succulent lamb. It is such a treat to be able to buy excellent steak with no sinew and at a good price.

Modern butchery with excellent customer service but more importantly terrific meat. Lamb shoulder was outstanding and bringing in the new year with some Gippsland rib roast. No request too hard and good follow up on progress of my order. Well done Mr Chapman.

My husband said the Spicy Italian Sausages are the best he's ever had! He made favourable noises while eating one purely on its own, no bread or vegetables.

The meat from here is on another level. It can be hard to find nice ready made hamburgers. Just cooked some up on bbq and they were delicious. Highly recommend all their produce.
