We were assisted by a lovely lady named Alexjandro I believe. She was very patient with us and kept checking in with us. She was really funny, fun and overall does a fabulous job. Definitely pay a visit and the items there are super duper cute. I had a big wide smile after purchasing a sweater. 10/10 definitely would go again. 🤭🤭

I went into kate spade today and was served by Janece, who was one of the best sales people i’ve met! She was very attentive, polite and extremely welcoming.
I definitely will be coming back.

Browsed at Doncaster today and what a pleasant experience. The shop assistant was attentive, polite, and not pushy at all. It made the experience very pleasant and I enjoyed my experience in store.

Very good experience. Needed a present for my wife. I had never shopped for a handbag in past. Was very confused. Adam helped a lot with lots of questions and I finally chose a handbag. Good on you Adam! (5 stars)

Great helpful staff that knows what they're doing. I went during the last hour of a massive sale so store was slightly.messy and I had to wait a whole to pay but the sale was 50% off then add20% and then add another 20% off. I bought a backpack and handbag. I love both items
