Front first sight of the building to walking out the next day was an all round great experience.
Friendly and easy checkin. The room was new, modern looking with all the trims of a 5 star hotel but much larger room than the normal out there.
The food was also very good, fresh ingredients cooked perfectly with some great flavours.

Impressive stay at this property in Melbourne! Joseph‘s attentive service and instinct for guest needs were outstanding. The staff at Archie’s farm restaurant were nice, wonderful and polite. Overall, a great team and a pleasant experience. Highly recommended

Stayed here over the weekend with my partner and wow, such a hidden gem in the suburbs! The facilities are incredibly modern, new and clean. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and welcoming. Would highly recommend it, only wish we stayed longer 😂

Newly built hotel. Very quiet despite being next to the freeway. Food in the hotel at Archie’s was surprisingly good. Wished they have a swimming pool but they didn’t, only amenities like 24 hour gym is available. Plenty of parking space. Water pressure was good in the bathrooms.

Located close to our office, this hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious, well laid out with a lounge suite. The beds are comfortable and each room seems to have a nice view.
We held a team building session in the function room with 30 staff and the service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and food served at dinner was delicious.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Can’t fault my time there. The hotel is gorgeous, vey modern, exceptional service, the staff were professional and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious and of a high standard showcasing local produce and the cocktails were to die for!!! Would highly recommend staying here!

Hyatt Carribean is a beautiful place to stay, they tick all the boxes, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, the bar and restaurant are stunning. The rooms have everything you need, clean with great amenities. It’s in a great convenient location if you have business or family in the SE suburbs. I’ve enjoyed my stay every time.

Danisha was a good welcome after a long flight. The room are updated, clean and new. I love that they have a list of things you can have for free (aside from what’s inside your room), you can borrow and you can buy. So you don’t have to guess anymore.
It has everything you need for a trip. It even include usb and usb c charger.

IMHO an excellent working hotel. Hotel is sited near new business park. All common areas are modern, semi minimalist and tres chic. Rooms are very well appointed. You get free chilled filtered water, the gym is excellent. Menu is excellent quality, one could claim more gourmet than the clientele. I saw end of year corporate parties and wedding receptions there. Staff are wel-trained and highly professional.
As per the Carribbean Gardens name- blame ye NOT the Hotel but the late 1970's Australian owners/ marketers whose panglossian to the extremely ridiculous or exceptional droll wit named it such likely aided by coma-inducing levels illicit drug consumption.
Following apocalypse-like destruction of former greasy Carribbean Gardens- it's far more pleasant.

Had most amazing stay at this hotel ! The hotel is beautiful. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff surprised us with a room upgrade with a beautiful view.

Highly recommend staying here.

Really enjoy my stay at this hotel. Great service, rooms are very nice and they have a nice restaurant inside. I was impressed with how quick they prepared our meals and it was done properly. Was very tasty as well. I would recommend staying with them if you are in the area.

They are amazing and I will certainly be returning here for every business visit.

Having a business in nearby Fountain Gate, we stay here fairly often & it’s always been excellent! Near-new modern well-appointed rooms with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the mountains.
Dinner in Archie’s has always been pleasant. Chef Steve looked after our breakfast this morning, which prompted me to write this review, as he’s gone above & beyond to ensure that we were well looked after! It’s always great to see Chefs who still display that warmth of hospitality!
Thank you - Hyatt Place has now become our preferred local hotel.

After driving 9hours it was such a pleasure to relax and have a strong beverage in the hotel. All staff were very welcoming and the service was impeccable! The food at their restaurant was ridiculously good! Food portions were generous and worth the prices. Beautifully decorated hotel, if we're ever in the area again we will return.
A real bonus was having such wonderfully accommodating night staff, the wonderful lady at the front desk was extremely helpful (didn't get her name) and really helped us when we were in a pickle. It's refreshing to have such caring and helpful service! We really appreciated your help 😁

We just stayed 4 nights at this Home Away from Home. Truly, relaxing. The Breakfast Presentation & Selections are First Class. Perfectly cooked bacon. (one of these days I am going to get a Cholesterol test..and they will find Bacon) The rooms are Pristine,with an abundance of Natural light and a Nice view to the Dandenong Ranges.The staff throughout the whole Hotel are super Friendly and focus on making the guests feel Most Welcome. I could have stayed a few more days. It's a Little bit like "Hotel California" You can check out anytime you like.....but you may not want to leave. Many Thanks, Susie & Tony.

Staff very friendly, especially Sasha in reception, also Salomby (I apologise if misspelled) nothing was too much for them when we asked.

Booked the two bedroom suite for our wedding and their services are splendid. Even offered us additional services to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. They even offered us a tour prior to our wedding day so we can familiarise ourself with the location. Their breakfast is pretty good but unfortunately we still have to pay even when we paid for the top suit (there weren't any available deal).

I travel for work at least 5 times a month and this is by far the absolutely best hotel I have stayed in in Melbourne. Fabulous, friendly cheerful staff, stunning rooms with the most comfortable beds and warm inviting lighting. Easy, free parking and beautiful restaurant. I did not want to leave.

They were extremely accommodating during my visit, the staff was helpful and nice, the room was fantastic and the restaurant/bar was very good.
