Brilliant Service! I was looking for a local service and was so glad to find Adam and his team at Thanx Hampers. Adam and the Thanx Hampers team have been amazing each time I have ordered hampers! Not only do they offer high quality products, but they are always super responsive - they have delivered all my orders at short notice to people near and far, and when asked, have tailored hampers to add items. I'd definitely recommend this company based on my experience during 2020. Even Stage 4 COVID restrictions didn't stop them!

Great service from Thanx Hampers. Adam managed to arrange an express delivery for our order which was placed after the cut-off time for next day delivery. We also received text message after the hamper was delivered.

There is an extensive range of gifts and the ordering was easy. I loved that I could order a gift like this at such short notice. The delivery cut off times were easy to identify and understand, the order confirmation and delivery tracking was prompt and the gift was delivered on time and in perfect condition (my friend loved it!). To top things off, a personalised follow up communication is sent to confirm the delivery. As I said, fantastic service and experience. Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough of this company. Apart from Beautiful Hampers. that are great value for money the manager Adam Cristi is a quality human being who replaced my hamper after I gave the "wrong address". The people who received my hamper by mistake kept it. Adam took it upon himself to deliver another Hamper at " " NO Cost" to me to the right address. Thankyou Adam for your kindness.

Adam was a consummate professional to deal with. I was short on time and rang asking for recommendations. He was so obliging and assisted me to tailor my hamper for my needs. I am an Australian who lives in the USA. Over the past few years, I have ordered multiple Thanx Hampers to be delivered to my elderly parents in Melbourne. When not in quarantine, my parents are incredibly busy and so to coordinate from half way around the world a surprise delivery in the short timeslots when they are home would be a nightmare if it was not for the incredible responsiveness of Adam. I am not even sure what Adam’s job is at Thanx Hampers, but every time he has gone above and beyond to arrange delivery at the specific times when I know my parents will be home and to let me know when it is done. Then, most importantly, my parents have loved each and every hamper. Two thumbs up for an amazing product and personalized service.

Dealing with Adam at Thanx Hampers was a great experience and they where very accommodating to have my delivery the next day, was not an issue and the prompt and friendly service. Highly recommended.
