Acustoms - In Ear Monitoring

Ordered my first set of custom In Ears with these guys, and couldn't be happier with the result. Super friendly staff making the entire process quick and easy. Got my UE Reference Remastered in the mail today, they look amazing and sound incredible. I would highly recommend Acustoms to anyone looking for in ear monitors!

I bought my Acustom In Ears more than 6 years ago and still love them! They still produce great sound and I use them on a regular basis every week. I've only had to replace my cable once and the customer service at Acustoms is always super friendly, quick and reliable. Would highly recommend!

Acustoms are fantastic! I needed a new cable for my in-ears that I’ve had for 7 years and they organised it and sent it out to me on the same day I emailed them about it! Express delivery and I got it very quick. Alice was who I was emailing back and forth with and she was absolutely lovely! 100% recommend them! :)

ACustoms were amazing! I had damaged my previous custom IEM’s and they were so helpful in assisting with getting these repaired. Matt was super helpful and proposed all of my options available as well as the option for getting new IEM’s moulded. He was clear on price and always gave me all of the information so I could make the most informed decision! I ended up getting new IEM’s and it was such a smooth process, I was kept informed along the way and felt valued. My previous IEM’s I ordered directly with the manufacturer, I wish I had of gone through ACustoms like I did this time. Can not recommend them enough!

The best in the business - faultless customer service from initial consultation to delivery of IEMs. Very impressive turnaround time, the slowest part was me getting an audiology appointment living in rural Victoria.

I bought a pair of UE Live’s from Matt. He and the team went out of their way to provide the best service one could expect! Not only did Matt talk me out of a pair of more expensive custom IEMs (after patiently listening to my eclectic tastes in music and experience as a drummer), he then proceeded to explain why the UE Live IEMs were perfect for me…and he was absolutely right! He also went out of his way to help me with some custom artwork too.
One year in and he’s still willing to go out of his way to provide the best service, giving recommendations on a variety of things as well as sending a couple of items back to UE for warranty replacement. I am definitely going to be using Matt and the team at ACustoms again. I wouldn’t go with anybody else!

Great service pre and post purchase. IEMs fit perfectly and sound awesome - makes singing and playing so much easier in a band setting. After 40 years of playing this is a whole new experience!

Great service and support from Matt and the team at Acustoms! Had many questions and Matt took time to answer all of them and organised everything. Ordered the UE 11's at a great price and will definitely recommend them to others!

I recently got a pair of 64 Audio custom IEM's through Acustoms and from day one they made the whole process so easy!! Once sending through all my details, they helped me with choosing an audiologist in my city and also spoke with 64 audio for some specific adjustments I'd like with my IEM'S.
Once my order was sent they kept me posted of when I should receive them back and informed me once they were on the way. They also added in extra headphone adapters and cleaning tools for no charge.

Thank you so much for all your help and communication ACustoms. I have many friends who are now eager to get some IEMS through you in the near future!!
