Very good online app to book an appointment but in case of emergency they open booking for 6 to 8 appointments every day as all bookings are full for one week. Specifically, we recommend Dr
Parul Solanki as her diagnosis is very good and also a very good listener.
Super se Upper wala all facilities but now it's mix billing so bit less advantage for PR/ Cityzens
We visited as a tourist and got immediate relief and help from her.

Dr. Ashkan Mashaei is an exceptional GP. His caring demeanor, thorough approach, and commitment to patient well-being make him stand out. I've always felt heard and well-supported under his care. Highly recommend Dr. Mashaei for top-notch healthcare!

5 stars for Dr Angel -- BEST GP ever!! I've been seeing Dr. Angel for several years now, and I can confidently say that she is one of the best GP I have ever had.

She takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and explains everything in a way that I can understand. Plus, she's really thorough during my exams and always follows up with me after my appointments to make sure everything's good.

Overall, I'm so glad I found such a caring and awesome GP. I'd totally recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who knows their stuff and makes you feel like a valued patient.

We have been coming here for several years, Dr Parbati is our family doctor & we see Dr Abu when she’s unavailable. Dr Parbati is kind, attentive, caring & thorough & has been a godsend to my family & I, as Dr Abu. I have had interactions with a couple of the other doctors as well over the years & they have all always been very nice to us. The nurses have been wonderful & for the most part I have always found the staff to be very friendly & helpful. Occasionally there can be a longer wait, but most of the time there isn’t & I think this is the case for most medical centres. I highly recommend My Health Point Cook.

Dr Angel is an amazing doctor. Iv been her in Australia for 8years fr Nz and my previous Dr I been with him since I was born, never had the same sort of care until I Found Dr Angel. She takes the time to listen is intent and straight forward. The clinic isn’t bulk billed but not to expensive. I’d prefer to pay for good care then be rushed like a number. Getting a appointment can long but worth the wait for a good doctor.

Well, I have been attending this practice for year’s now, and I’d like to give a big rev up to Kylie the receptionist…..you’re an absolute legend, kind and considerate, get in darl! And to
Dr Ashkan Mashaei for curing me of chronic GERD! For over 34yrs I’ve been swallowing Gaviscon like it’s going out of fashion, never thought it worthy of mentioning to the Dr until a few days ago…..one of the few decisions I’ve gotten right this year!
Anyway, a big shout out to those two special individuals…..thank you, especially to you Kylie!

Been going her for 6 years and its one of the BEST medical centres I've been going to in Melbourne. 9/10 times you will have your appointment within 20 minutes of the time booked and maybe once or twice in 6 years have I had the 50-60 minute wait which is to be expected with all clinics now and then

I cannot thank the receptionist enough (Thursday 6th January, 2.25pm) to be exact who has helped me tremendously with my sons immunisation history as well as emailing me through what I needed. Very prompt and professional service. I greatly recommend this medical center who I have stayed with since migrating here from New Zealand.

I think overall performance of management staff is good. No body is 100% perfect let’s appreciate them. Doctors are also very good. Much appreciate your good efforts

I like to share my experience with Myhealth clinic and especially my sincere gratitude to Dr. Angel Fu.
She is so dedicated and spent extra mile looking after me as when I was diagnosed with health issue.
She calls me every now and then to ensure that I am doing alright.

I can't thank her enough for being such a detail and responsible person towards my health issue.

As a family of 5 we have been to 3 separate doctors and all have been friendly and courteous. The nurses that administered my children's vaccines were kind and tried to make my children relaxed. All in all I'm very happy to continue going to this clinic.

I recently had my first visit with Dr Angel Fu and it was a delight. Great Experience as a first timer and I hardly waited to be helped when I checked in the Medical Centre Point Cook. The staff and Dr Fu were all friendly and helpful. Dr Fu was very attentive to my health issues. Dr Angel Fu did a great job with my first visit., and the doctor combine professionalism,expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss.
Dr Fu is very understanding and listens to your concerns. She explained everything so I could understand. If you need a caring doctor to help you with your health issues and wellness - do yourself a favour meet Dr Angel Fu. I would recommend Dr Fu to anyone. I will be writing more about Myhealth Medical Centre Point Cook next time.

We love Dr Khan at MyHealth Point Cook. He is great with our kids and always takes the time to listen to our concerns and prescribe treatment options we are comfortable with. We always make a point of calling prior to our appointment to see if they are running to time so we don't have to wait too long and the reception team is generally very helpful.

This Medical Centre is great with many specialised Drs available to your needs.
For women there are Lady Drs available for you!!

Booking on line is very convenient and the individual Drs have many available place’s for the perfect time you want .

The Reception people are very helpful also.

I would highly recommend this practice.
I also like they have other Professionals available like Physiotherapist, psychologist etc.

Although the wait time can reach 30mins, the doctor is worth it. Dr. Parbati was very accommodating and understanding, she took the time to listen and explain what was happening to me and why. She gave me a prescription and even some home remedies. I'd highly recommend her.

Doctors are attentive, and reception ladies are always lovely. Dr Khan and Dr Solanki are great, highly recommended. Pathology on site aswell, however only open mornings. Can sometimes have a wait, however it merely means they're being thorough with the patients previous to you; and I'd much prefer that than a walk in walk out superclinic. They also have allied services such as dietetics and psychology.

I needed to make an appointment today and was fully booked.
However the receptionist called me back to say there was a cancellation so I could go!
Very impressed!

My family and I have been seeing dr Abu Islam for a couple of years now and I can't thank him enough. He is thorough, kind and always makes sure we are ok by sending us for tests. I have lived in point cook for 10 years now and he is the best doctor I have found. One day dr Islam was sick and I had to see dr Shama Khan which in my opinion was not a pleasant experience. I walked out of his office crying cause instead of reading my notes he classed me as a drug addict after I just had an operation. I will never want to see him again. Thank you dr Abu Islam cause if it wasn't for you I would not have gotten better. Your the best. If Dr Abu ever leaves I will follow him...

This clinic has the best front end service I have ever had at a medical clinic. Dr Shamim Khan is amazing. He's very thorough and cares for his patients. It's how medical care should be.

Reading others negative reviews I was a bit worried to visit but I experienced five star services! First visit was without appointment but only waited 15mins.. then when I visited for follow-up, didn't even wait for 5 mins. Staff at the reception was really helpful and Dr Parul Solanki is very thorough. Thank you :)
