Took it into troubleshoot the folding mechanism for the icandy Peach 2018. Staff were as friendly as on the day we purchased, patient with finding a solution for us. In the end, we found out the basket was installed back to front, therefore preventing a tight close on the chassis. Apparently this was the first time reported, hopefully its followed up with new buyers. Also, we LOVE our pram =) works just as advertised

We where looking to getting maxi-cosi extension. It looked like we needed to order it from the UK but found these guys. The staff were quick, efficient and friendly. I thought it was going to be hard to find but they had it straight away. They are just in Dingley. Really great. ICandy pram is also fantastic.

Excellent service and really helpful when I phoned to make enquires, spot on and the gold service has revamped my 6 year old I candy peach to look like New. Love it so much!!!

Firstly the lady I dealt with in Melb initially was lovely, professional & had great customer service skills. They should hire more ppl like her as she is someone I would want to be the point of contact at my company.

However the sales Rep. AMBER was awful!!!! From the initial contact with her I knew she was going to be a problem. she told me I don't know how to open & close the pram insinuating I caused the problem.
She has no customer service skills, she is rude, inexperienced & overall it is a shame to have someone like her represent a company like this.

I has an issue with my Icandy & apparently they could not replicate the issue. My husband showed there REP. AMBER the problem & she continued to denie there was any problem. Short story she takes the pram to the back room at Baby Kingdom Bankstown (DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!! ) returns it & tries to manipulate my husband to say try the pram there is nothing wrong with it. To our surprise she used oil on the handle of the pram to give it a temporary fix. When confronted she denied doing it & apparently used wet wipes to clean the pram as it was dirty. Than she couldn't keep up the lie so she changed her story to say she lubricated it. Do these ppl think we are idiots!!!!

Furthermore to speak to her immaturity & lack of customer service she calls me a serial returner. If I spend $1,750.00 on a product I expect it to preform. If there is an issue with the pram accept responsibility & solve the problem. Don't act like I'm taking money from your pocket.

If you google iCandy you will find complaints similar to mine. So my complaints are legitimate & genuine. I have better things to do with my time than come & go dropping prams off, arguing with incompetent ppl, putting my 1 year old in a travel pram making her uncomfortable. My time is valuable & time is money this pram has cost me. 1 year of issues is disgusting!!!
