Baby Train - Dingley Village

Lyne helped us with our shopping. We had a great experience. She is highly experienced and very helpful.

Visited Baby Train yesterday after they were recommended by a rep from Edwards and Co Baby. What a wonderful experience we had! Karen was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We have very limited space in our car (Toyota Prado) for a newborn suitable pram when all the 7 seats are up. Karen quickly accepted the challenge and came up with three different options that might work. We took two of the three options out to our car and quickly worked out that both of them fit! We do have to remove the wheels of the Edwards and Co Otto, but Karen demonstrated how quick and easy this was. We ended up leaving with two car seats, the pram and a baby bath. Thank you so much Baby Train for providing such amazing customer service, quality products and great prices! Highly recommend them and we will be back!

Prompt replies and support for interstate purchase. I originally did layby for a travel stroller in my local baby store, but waited 6 weeks with no certain arrival date with little to no help from them either. Baby Train was the only one that had the particular travel stroller and assured me I'd receive it within a week while all other websites can only pre-order! It was shipped the day after, arrived 5 days later (VIC to WA). One happy customer 👍

Today I rang to enquire about shipping costs, and was lucky enough to be able to place my order for the Clara rocker immediately. The service only got better from there with same day delivery & the friendliest delivery driver I’ve ever met! The Clara nursing rocker is everything I hoped it would be and more, with such great service too! Very very glad to have purchased through baby train. :)

Had the item I wanted (a replacement basket for our pram which we had purchased second hand) at the lowest price and it shipped super fast! Cheers!

Baby Train offer such a fantastic customer service experience I don’t go anywhere else for baby products. Their prices are competitive, and their staff are friendly and helpful. In particular, Tony, who installs the car seats is just amazing, he spent over 30 minutes trying to re-configure car seats to fit a a third seat in. I don’t live close to either of their stores but always find the Baby Train experience to be worth the drive.

Excellent experience, great customer service. I purchased a high chair from Baby Train, it arrived super quickly and we were very happy. There was a small issue with one of the legs, and a replacement was popped in the mail within a day. All very friendly and super easy!

Each time I have gone into Baby Train the staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have now bought my car seat and pram from Baby Train along with a few other bits and pieces and am really happy with the purchases. The one particular lady (short blond hair - sorry didn't catch her name) is unbelievably helpful even assisting me by bringing the products out to our car as I am heavily pregnant! But that is just a small aspect of how helpful she has been each time as the advice she provides about all the products in store is fantastic. I will definitely keep shopping here!

Great customer service. I pre-ordered a pram rain cover a while ago, it unfortunately arrived at the store while stage 4 restrictions were in place. As I don't live within 5k of the store they offered to hold it for me until the restrictions were lifted. I was happy with that. Bit today I get a call saying that one of the employees lives close to me and is happy to drop off the rain cover. So happy! It saves me having to remember to collect it later and it shows just how much the staff at Baby Train care about their customers. Thanks Nikita and thanks Baby Train Dingley Village.

Excellent customer service from Karen! I ordered over the phone and the process was so easy and Karen was very helpful. I've been in store several times too and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The best baby shop in all of Melbourne! Keep up the great work 😊

After years of going to another big name baby shop, we were pleasantly surprised to find Baby Train and its staff to be wanting to help and assist customers nativgate through the never ending need of stuff for your children.

The great customer service is refreshing and we'll look forward to returning for anything else we need.

We had initially ordered a cot from other place however had been delayed without any communication so we ended up cancelling. We so happen to came upon Baby Train being referred by Boori. The customer service had been fantastic and were very informative especially being a new mother in what I needed. Will definitely recommend the peeps here. Thank you for being patient and accomodating! Very happy with the service.

Prices are great and their customer service is awesome. Have shopped at Baby Train a few times now after a poor experience with Baby Bunting and other baby stores. Todd at Dingley Village was so helpful with our new car seat and very thorough with the comparisons to get the best longevity out of a car seat and what would work wth our car best. We've been back for a few more things and all the staff are friendly, knowledgable, not pushy and don't follow you around like a smell like other big chain baby stores. Give them a go, you won't be let down!

Have shopped at Baby Train a few times now. Prices are always great and their service is awesome. Most impressed with my recent visit where I had an issue with my pram. The way they dealt with it was fantastic, super fast. All I could have asked for. Highly recommend shopping at Baby Train.

By my own mistake I purchased the wrong model snack tray for my pram online, customer service was absolutely amazing and I was able to send it back and get the model I needed with no hassle at all. Definitely recommend Baby Train and would 100% purchase from here again. 🙂

Our shopping experience at Baby Train has been wonderful. As first time parents to be we were finding the idea of getting the right (and necessary) items for our baby daunting. The staff at Baby Train were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and helped us to really enjoy the experience. We would like to give a big shout out to Lynn who was wonderfully informative and patient with all of our questions, and helped make this a fun experience, rather than overwhelming. The staff at Baby Train really go above and beyond for customer service.
We will not be going to any alternative large retailers for any of our baby items and will be recommending Baby Train to any friends or family members who need baby items in the future.
